i’m letting go off my old relationship where i’m not appreciated not valued and not heard. yes this person did everything possible from them to make me happy but it’s not what i need and it’s minimum emotionally. I wish them the best and i wish that both of us will find our peace in life. I’m leaving old memories, old thoughts, spiral thoughts, old ways of thinking, suffering, loneliness.
I literally cried during this, I am releasing the heart break I felt from my past relationships and family members (both parents) who passed away. I am releasing the toxic and negative narcissistic behaviors they bestowed upon me to make me feel like I didn’t deserve healthy love or my dreams. I will no longer put up with people or things that don’t make me happy or feel loved. I will let go of past traumas and a career that made me feel in fight or flight mode.
Under this full moon in Libra I am letting go of the toxic memories and connections made at the job I just quit. I am letting go of the wonderful connection I had with a great guy who showed me what it would be like to be treated right by a man. I am embracing the belief in myself and all of the change I am about to face. I am embracing this new journey in my life where I am completely independent and in charge of my own life. I embrace healthy relationships and new love. I embrace believing fully in myself to make it out of this major life transition. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories and lessons learned. I am ready for this new book. Thank you Chris for always providing this service I appreciate and love you! ❤

The thing I'm being told to do is move to Greece!!! Being called to some kind of Goddess Reclamation Pilgrimage... I currently live in Oregon and have lived in Italy in the past and have been wanting to go to Greece for 24 years but for whatever reason never made it... I have two daughters going with me who are 5 and 9. I'm selling my car and getting rid of all my shit and (almost) everyone thinks I'm crazy. ;) MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY.

I wasn't sure what else I could release until you mentioned good things and it was a ding, ding, ding. Even those happy memories can hold us in the past. Trusting that as I move forward, I can see what's not mine coming and dodge it before it sticks. My filters are "joy, ease, abundance, and alignment." That's what I'm taking through the golden door. Ooooof! The meditation / visualization is so amazing. Seeing the Golden door ahead really brought this enormous feeling of excitement, could literally feel my body pulsating with energy. LOVE that you spoke about coming to open that door during the next workshop, bringing in an energy of calm and patience... a knowing that the door is there and we WILL open it but in the mean time to lean into rest, raise awareness and lovingly await the bright future. This past week has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me too. I had been feeling much lighter the second half of pisces season but after a week of poor and interrupted sleep (thanks PMS) I felt myself being dragged back into old stories and thought patterns. I know they're coming up to be released. It doesn't mean they hurt any less but the more I can accept my feelings and allow myself to feel them without judgement, the easier I can release them. My shadow is my lighthouse. And I've seen my light -- blinding, brilliant. True and pure. I know the way now. Loving myself in all states, allowing all feelings so that they can pass. I can tell them -- I see you, and I love you. What I'm really letting go of is judging myself for having these thoughts and feelings to begin with. Judging myself in general. Telling myself I am wrong. In this new era I am going to focus on my light, my rightness, my love and acceptance of myself, and trust that all is well.
Thank you so much for your comment and sharing! That has been exactly my experience too, I was in this soft and accepting place and got really rocked by PMS of late. And I am inspired by your example as again there is resonance with with the need to stop judging myself, and just having grace and compassion as I move through my humanity

A lot of themes that you mentioned have been coming up for me. (Aries sun, cancer rising.) I’m tired, but excited and ready to kick my ass in gear and release the people pleasing, set boundaries with my energy, and stop the limiting beliefs I’ve put on myself. Going into my 33rd year and feeling very Aries fuck it up vibes and I’m so ready to fully embody that! Libra here. Birthday: October 18. Independence for sure. Letting things go. It has been a bit of confusing time. I’ve just left a “see you later” message to my best friend since 2007. Needed a break from her. I feel a bit off but at the same time, free. It’s weird. But I know the path and the door ahead is brighter, filled love, joy, and abundance in the highest form.
My fiancé and I have decided to take our honeymoon in Portugal just so we can go to Wheelhouse and experience this space! Hopefully we would get to meet you 💓 we’ve been following you for about 3 years now + have been loving every moment of it

I very much struggle with your swearing, showing the middle fingers and annoyed voice. It literally hurts me while watching and I find you are putting down the quality of your content a lot with that. You talked about establishing healthy relationships. Therefore I would like to kindly ask you to present your content in a healthy way 🌻 I always wanted to pay you for your great content but just can't as long as you present this in such an for me emotionally harmful way.
I released all the complex emotions surrounding the passing of my dogs last year.
I turned and saw the golden door before you even said it!
I then did the cutting cords meditation, I was drawn to light a yellow candle and then you mentioned the yellow cords attached to the solar plexus!
Instant gurgling belly, pain in chakra and tears.
I continue to release the anguish, despair, sadness and anger, resentment, but most of all the loneliness grief rained down on me surrounding the final season of my girls India and Tai.
I'm forever greatful for the 15 years I was there mam. 🐺🐺🤍
I release all negative, toxic, controlling relationships that no longer serve me.
I release all fear or self-doubt that holds me back from reaching my full potential.
I release the old version of myself and welcome this new version of me! 🤗🤍
