‘Only when you build walls do you create space’ I love!!
Ditto about the teenager phase!! Lol. I was sooooo obedient and responsible growing up (unstable household issues) that once I finally graduated college years back and did everything people said I “should” do. I started to let loose and not be so strict with myself for the first time and this had been a train that is rolling out of control lol. I love that I’ve gotten to be a bit reckless and irresponsible for a little while (Gemini moon here, the other twin was starving lol), but it’s definitely time to rein it in, introduce some boundaries and schedules, and find *balance*.
Storytime. So I went to a Full Moon ceremony that a friend was hosting. The energies from these people, I have never met before, and had never been to a ceremony before, OMG was just a reminder of why I always need to protect my empathetic Scorpio 🌞and rising, and then ♒Moon Ass. This Capricorn moon literally smacked me in the ass. 😫 Lesson learned. I definitely needed that clearing ✨

Thanks Chris, this makes soooo much sense! I feel like my inner teenager has taken over the building. She never had the chance to be rebellious and really fuck shit up thanks to my parents separating and falling sick pretty quickly one after the other. Being expected to be a fully functioning grown up at 15 leaves some issues for sure! So now she's doing her thing, hiding, self-soothing in all the (now) wrong ways and just totally clamming up. It feels very challenging to access my ressources when they were build upon her sacrifices. Compassion and love aren't always easy to come by when it's about myself *sigh* reparenting myself and learning new ways to self-regulate and self-sooth is definitely my main focus for the next while! Who else feels equally thrilled and overwhelmed by this energy right now? I thought the twins were done with now 😅
I feel completely lost and confused. My mom basically just showed her colors where she’s always going to side with my toxic younger brother and I’m supposed to start a business with her? How do I navigate my relationship now that I know she’s unreasonable and overprotective of this dbag a$$hole
So true. Many habits from highschool have crept back up this week for me also. Emotional eating, checking out, feeling like a rebellious teenager again. Glad I’m not alone 🤍

I feel you so deeply on all this… Our adolescence looked oh so similar, and I feel like right now so many habits in my life which served their purpose at some point are “under review”. So I can go from habitual, unconscious self-soothing to healthy intentional enjoyment. Loved the idea of creating space with walls… Adding to that: And without a strong foundation (hello, reparenting!), the whole damn house will fall down. Thank you for all you do, Chris! Loved your quote about establishing walls to create room, and metaphorical boundaries to create the personal/professional expression space and build the life you want. I stopped drinking over a year ago now, and I realized that if I can remove something that is not good for me from Monday to Friday, I can definitely do without it from Friday - to Sunday. And even though it was super awkward socially the first 3 months, what happened later was complete freedom, I am crazier, happier and so connected to people now, with absolutely no pollution of substances whatsoever. Our bodies are such alchemist laboratories to create happiness. And I guess the boundaries with anything that is not right for us, being people, stuff we do, etc, are super helpful to open up to better options. So yeah.. was just a remark I hope it can contribute to your journey too.

Hi Chris, loved the pivot party and the realness of sharing your own vulnerability and stories for us to resonate and connect in our own ways to. I wasn't able to catch the last full or new moon in gemini video, because the universe was definitely testing me. The universe resurfaced so much trauma in like 3-5 weeks, I had difficult conversations, somatically my body was keeping the score, I'm definitely doing better now, I just fully felt that in the last 3 weeks, shit hit the fan. And we rode that wave out. Lots of love to everyone navigating and riding their waves out. I know they'll settle
