Thank you for this explanation. We didn't know how to put the bar in the right position, but this klik klik klik thing at 2.26 min. was an aha moment. We would never have thought of this, afraid of breaking something off. So thank you for making this instruction video. Great!

Glad my video helped. I can see why you had trouble. It wasn't very obvious unless you've encountered the same thing before.

Bought one works fine BUT!! seemingly you cant buy a replacement blade for the line trimmer , mine is almost three years old the blade has disappeared for all the guard is in great condition I had to replace it just because I could not get a replacement blade. I did get in touch with works they sent me a link to eBay and advised me just to replace the whole guard not a train smash at £8-99 but seems a waste be cause as I said the guard is still practically new

I was very interested in purchasing one of these machines. Having seen your review (for which many thanks). I agree with Robert Hill. The lack of a screwdriver is of absolutely vanishing significance. By the way, when you reintroduce a steel screw into a plastic part, do it by hand and back the screw off very gently until you hear a faint click. This shows that the metal screw threads have engaged into the original plastic threads, then tighten the screw. Otherwise the screw will cut new threads into the plastic which is what you don't want. Never blast the screw in to plastic bodywork with a power screwdriver.
I can see that this is a seriously underpowered machine which struggled with the easy task you gave it. It won't stand a chance against long thick grass and brambles. I suppose that having been given the machine by Worx, you have to tread carefully which makes the review rather unhelpful for the customer. It is best to buy the machine out of your own money and give it a full and honest review. What about the downsides which aren't mentioned? Does the machine really achieve the claimed working time on a charge and is this for only the very lightest work - or even free running with no work at all? What about maintenance and durability? Is the machine built to last and are spare parts (the mechanical bits not the pretty bits) available and for how long will they continue to be? Who supplies the spare parts? Are there lubrication points or are the bearings pre-lubricated for a (short) life? What about the seals to avoid grass and debris getting into the lower bearings, are they effective and can they be cleaned out?
Reviewing equipment is a serious business and has to be done methodically and comprehensively, including the user and maintenance manual(s). I know a bit about equipment reviews as I spent 12 years doing them.

I have only used it in gardens with short lawns so I couldn't really comment on korean grass.

Well, at least you demonstrated the product. Thank you for that. I can tell by how running it over normal height grass bogged down the motor so...not powerful enough to go through hip-high grasses without choking. No better than my $29 18V Black and Decker string trimmer. Gas lawn tools have been outlawed in California by Governor Gavin Grease-Head. So I'm guessing I need one of those 2 handled cordless brush trimmer for $600-$900. FTS. Guess I'll rent a 2 stroke gas powered brush trimmer from Home Depot for $50 a day and destroy the PLANET😆

I have owned one of these for 2 years.
It's pretty good And I have 4 batteries,BUT,AND ITS A BIG BUT,the line feed button is useless, the line Comes out TOO long,ALL the time, which is Very frustrating,as I don't like Too much line out..
"Did Yours keep coming out? "
I sent it back to amazon and tried Another one,The Same happened, but I just carried on using it,even tho it has This issue.
