This applies to a lot of issues people struggle with daily. Trauma, relationship issues, visible social anxiety like stutters or not understanding social cues, etc. Really, humans are smart as heck, but a lot of us focus on the suffering and consequences of our perceived failures that are going to happen, or already happened instead of a) focusing on what's good and what can be done or b) focusing on improving ourselves and digesting our problems Like, it's plenty probable to have a friend circle when you're autistic or traumatized, but so many traumatize or autistic ppl live inside their head about their actions and THAT is something other people don't want any part of.
I agree I need to develop a positive mindset. At 27 im realising half of my issues is because I am negative. Honestly guys once i complete my last professional papers im going back to the gym. I wanna come back down to 70kg. Literally these exams are so time consuming I have to pass it.
@@AmaryxGamesYT yes but even though I'm depressed the bible is helping me. Especially the PSALMS. I have completely ditched the cigs and I'm ok just studying right now trying to get back into work.
It's not just the US. It's like this everywhere. My mom always had a negative mindset and tried to make me the same. I used to be a really humble person but as I got older I got kinda depressed and negative due to mental abuse from my mom and uncle most of the time. I stopped listening to myself. I developed an anxiety disorder , I would always feel depressed and sad. But now thank god I'm fixing it. I'm a lot better now.

That's awesome man! I was emotionally abused by my parents so I understand. It takes a lot of strength to change a mindset
