Hola mate! "
Glad to see you ;)
Shriracha and garlic is my favorite sauce too )
Triple frying is also supposed to be the recipe for the best chips / fries.
By the way - another way to make a crispy outside is multiple coating: in water/eggwash, then in starch/flour, and in panko breadcrumbs. And repeating it 2-3 times (water-flour-panko).
Delicious recipe
I'm glad you enjoyed it @Cooking House of Dipty, also please share this video.

Very good! Love yr vids.
Deffinetly ill try this recipe next week :)
Awesome! Let me know how it turns out 😁
Amazing! I used to double fry: for a bigger chunk: to fry it a a 150°C until it's done. Then at a 190°C for just a minute or so. To crisp it up. But I'll surely try this on smaller bits. I think the key is to reach the core temerature you need to be safe with chicken. Isn't it?
Today, I wanna try to deep fry white mushrooms in a batter with IPA. To see, if it makes a difference to other beer.
I'll see, how that will turn out.
Be safe, David!
cant go wrong with that. looks good

Thank you! I like it as well, do wish the fish were a little bigger but I think it came out very cool
What do you recommend as frying oil
My bf complains that he has to change the oil so often (like every 4 uses) he uses sunflower oil atm (or canola, not really sure)
Is there a better oil that needs less changing ?
From what I've seen potato starch is the more common breading for stuff like this..though where I live I'd have to go with corn starch which is MUCH easier to find..I have to either order potato starch online and have it shipped to my house or find a decent international food store because most of the places where I live don't carry potato starch at all.
Yes thats the same reason for me in spain, well there is one place that has it but its quite far from where I am... but corn starch is quite fine to use if potato starch is hard to find.
Im hungry now :o
Bon appetit Robin, if you could please share this video.
Did you use straight cooking oil or did you season the oil with another oil? What oil(s) did you use for this video?
Ooooh😍😍
Thanks and have a great day with the Japanese fried chicken @Webbie YPG Boyd, please share this video.
Deliciuos! 👌🤗
It was indeed very delicious crispy japanese fried chicken.
Will you try making this recipe Maria?
You seems like elon musk sometimes
I think thats a good thing, elon is a legend, a pioneer of his time
Sneaking up on a million subscribers. :-)
Very slowly but steadily
God I wish it was quicker, but then again I dont know what to do for that 1 million subs video so kind of good I got some extra time
is this also called karaagi? :)
Bro I have been watching your videos for years....please tell me that you can now speak Spanish. Break the English stereotype of being the only people in Europe that speaks only 1 language lol!
i remember when you commented in a alexcapo video 😢
Dude , you should invite me over !!! :-)
Hey bro no problem @asdasd, also please share this video
In the video you say 18 grams of mirin yet in the description box it says 10. Which is correct?
Sorry yes thats a typo, will fix now
It was supposed to be 18g and 10ml, since mirin is denser than water its more grams per ml.
Thanks for pointing that out Andy
Is this an old video? Man where you at
Eres de España, sí?
Idk, frying 3 times seems like overkill. I think cutting a piece in half to show how juicy the chicken is still would've been best.
¿Eres de España, si?
vivo en españa, por marbella.
y tu?
Imagine being like 20k subs away from 1 million for half a year. We didn’t enjoy it earlier, but now it may be time to clickbait.
Shhhh we don't mention that XD
Disagree! He's at the perfect number. Once you reach a million everything goes to shit! lol
Dudes still sitting on the pot from raw chicken.
Your channel is deviated so far away from making sushi, you really should rename it!!
Well this is Japanese food and sushi is japanese
It's Age, not aje, just sayin
