Just a little tip. When at Epcot, test the wind direction and choose the opposite way the wind is blowing to view Harmonious. I've never seen so much smoke during a show and it's a horrible experience if you're caught on the side the wind is blowing into!
Wind direction can change minute to minute though

I will gladly agree that Animal Kingdom was my favorite food day. Pongu lumpia lived up to expectations. The night blossom was refreshing. The blueberry cheesecake was tasty (that white dollop on top was a meringue, not whipped cream). And don’t get me started on Nomad Lounge’s bread service. Was not overhyped for me. It’s exactly the carb-y goodness I needed mid-day.

Just came back from WDW. Went to MK on 10/26/22. Do NOT wait until 20 - 30 minutes prior to the fireworks to pick your spot unless you want to be one of "those" people who insist on pushing and shoving their way through a group of people who claimed their spot an hour before, especially if you have a stroller or ECV, as it will be very difficult (or impossible) to do. Also, they closed off the walkways leading to the front of the castle about 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Not sure if it was because the place was PACKED or not, but that was our experience.

Just a neat note to let somebody know the People Mover if it's running early in the morning before Space Mountain opens up you can actually ride through there with the lights on on the inside of Space Mountain!

@@dreamkitty Paris is at least 24h of flying from the east coast of aus! LA is about 14h, so then add a flight from LA to MCO and its still kind of closer!

Btw…..The Gideon’s waitlist was 4 hours on Saturday, Sept 17! I had to cancel 2 hours later when my brother arrived at Disney Springs cause we had plans to meet up with family that moved there in 2020
I feel so blessed to live about an hour + from all 4 Disney parks. My husband and I are also yearly pass holders. We go when ever we feel like going and sometimes we may only ride 2 rides or more, but if we miss anything we just come back... I feel for anyone who has to travel from out of state, and every minute counts... Love 💘 this chanle!!! We use a ton of A.J.'s tips!!! Thanks 😊 for all your hard work!!!
If you walk out of diamond horseshoe hungry, something's wrong. That place has awesome meats! We booked it twice in November. I plan to add a notch in my belt!

Sooo... Let's say you pay for an alacart lightning lane for seven dwarfs mine ride. Are you able to also book a genie + lightning lane also for say space mountain for a different time.. Or do you have to wait like you normally would with the normal genie +

We were originally going to have 5 park days,but we switched the flight ✈️ new plan is 6 park days and a day off to sleep in and rest and head off to Disney Springs the new plan is this Day 1- Arrival and go with the flow Day 2-Hollywood Studios Day 3-Animal Kingdom Day 4-Resort/Disney Springs Day 5- Magic Kingdom Day 6- Epcot Day 7- Repeat Hollywood Studios Day 8- Repeat Magic Kingdom Day 9- return home we leave in just 6 days 1/6/24-1/14/24
I have not been there for some time, but I recall many of the world Showcase countries used to have street performers. Are these still happening? I know there's the one in Mexico, but how about other places?

So I’m going to Walt Disney World for the first time October 2023. What days do you suggest flying into Orlando and what days do you suggest doing the parks? My birthday is on Sunday the 22nd and I would like to do the magic kingdom that day. Do you think that is going to be too busy?
I personally wouldn’t have thought so, magic kingdom might be closing early that day though due to the Halloween party. Other than that I think it would be okay as most Americans will be back in school
@@Nothingishere121 yeah we plan on going to the party so that's not an issue! I grew up in CA and have been to Disneyland numerous times but this is my first trip to DW and i know the days and parks can be way dif there as far as crowds
My two cents, is travel midweek to midweek, cheaper flights (if flying)and only one weekend to navigate. In slower seasons there are lots of FL resident incentives for theme parks so they can be very crowded on weekends. Also with Halloween parties at Disney be mindful of what day you do that park as the park will close early for that and party is an added cost. As it's your first trip watch videos here for Genie + and reservations. There is nothing spontaneous about Disney any more. Pick your must have rides/restaurants/attractions etc.... and build on that. This site is perfect for first time trips and so much info about parks to help you know what you want to make a priority. Above all, good shoes, make time to rest and enjoy. It's a vacation you need a vacation after. It's very hard not to overdo it on your first trip as there is sooooooo much to see/do. Have a blast!

Agree with everything here! For any adults going to Disney without kids: Magic Kingdom may not be nearly as fun as the other parks. Streets are smaller, and they are chopped full of crying toddlers and exhausted parents(much more than the other parks!). I was surprised by how quickly I wanted to leave and go back to Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom. Main street is fun and I really liked a couple of the rides but next time I'm making it my "park hopper" park, and only go after I'm done with the other parks. Unless you really enjoy the vintage disney rides you aren't missing nearly as much as you think if you choose to skip this park.

FROZEN EVER AFTER is more than a little disappointing. Elsa's castle could have been so great! But they didn't put much effort or design into it. And the ride itself is nearly identical to what it has always been.
