Do Not Wait was one of those songs I didn’t quite understand when I listened to the entire album the first time, but ever since then, it started to grow on me. And now, whenever shit hits the fan or everything is pretty bad, I like to put this song on to get me through the day. And sometimes when I close my eyes, I can still remember being in the crowd, listening to them playing Do Not Wait
this song is so underrated. it's my go to song to listen to when things get rough, just reassuring myself that everything will be okay. and the way it merges seamlessly back into only friend is so beautiful, it's like you can sit and listen to the album on repeat forever.
Literally one of my favorite tracks ever. I remember listening to this album for the first time, and when this song came on, I just knew it’s something I would want to listen to over and over again.
When I hear this song I just picture them saying it's alright, and that it'll be alright and I hadn't felt that before from a musician or group so it hit hard
When I first listened to this song I was absolutely blown away. I was a freshman in college and I was going through a lot emotionally and sitting in a room alone listening to the lyrics and instruments I knew it was going to be one of my favorite songs ever. I really related to it as my parents are divorced and there was so much going on in life. This song just described my emotions perfectly and made me feel happy.

This song spoke to me like nothing else. Every line contains so much. Do not wait, I’ll be there, nothing happens- it’s all fantastic
