This was so encouraging for me as I’m currently pregnant and work from home. A constant worry for me has been will I be able to manage my job and be a present mom! Glad to see such a beautiful example!
I love this so much - as babies change so much in the first year i would benefit so much from an updated routine as you go along ❤️ w adding solids and as she pulls to stand
I’m a new mom to a 4 month old and currently working in a warehouse. I would really prefer getting a WFH job, but very nervous about how that would work especially since I know a lot of WFH jobs would require me to be on the phone. Thank you for this!
I'm so blessed to not have to be on the phone while working from home. And if I do it's not a big deal if there are sounds in the back ground since I'm typically speaking to people within our company. I'm more so nervous about deadlines and not loosing track of time while tending to baby. So I will definitely need to have a schedule to pump, feed and love on him!
Most jobs allow time off during work day to pump breast milk, I would say take advantage of that and request that time . When I had my first daughter 14 years ago I worked from home . I was nursing her while on calls. As she got older it got harder, she started crawling and eating dust balls from Behind the tv while I was on a call, all it took was seconds. I kept her in high chair watching tv. I felt guilty like I prefer her to be in a more structured setting in a daycare center to give her to attention she needs while I make the money. It’s a hard thing being a single mom but do what’s best for you. If you are in a call center it’s real hard. If you aren’t in a call center and work from home it will be easier.
So glad you commented this because I am a new mom due with my daughter this March and I recently had a job interview for an at home call center but if I don't get the job I won't get too upset anymore since I see you said its harder in that setting with a newborn at home plus especially once she becomes a few more months old when she starts crawling, ect. I have enrolled into a daycare so hopefully it won't be too expensive. I need an at home job but a job where I dont have to answer phones ugh..
Thank you so much for sharing! I have a 3.5 month old and I’m getting ready to go back this week. I have to two older kids, too, so it was super helpful to see how you manage pickups, etc.
Love how you were able to even edit this. 1:16 I'm just trying to see how I can schedule successfully my family and work and run my household of 8. Hoping to go back to basics with your video
Almost cried out of panic watching just the beginning of the video. Having a baby in July and only 4 month maternity leave and I have really wanted to see if I can work from home for another two months with just baby. Thank you so much for this. Y
Thank you so much for sharing this! I'm a phd student with a two month old. Having a newborn is definitely challenging but also encouraged me to balance my work and life. All the best wishes to you❤
Thank you for sharing your day! This is super helpful as I am expecting my second child and I’m a little nervous as I am working from home as well! Thank you for the tips! ☺️
Ohhh, I love this so much. As a new mum of 2 preparing to go back to work, your video is giving me so much clarity. I love how real this is. More power to you! You're doing an amazing job. 💛
Oh and I love the advice of not doing housework during work hours which is always so tempting. You make it look doable and I am less stress about returning to work now! New subscriber🎉
Do you mind telling me what company you work for or can recommend any work from home jobs? I’ve been searching for the longest time with no luck Also you made me feel more confident in working from home with my baby 💕
I’m so thankful I’m not the only who lets their baby watch coco melon for a bit! I don’t let her watch it for too long either, but those few minutes help on my work days! Also, where did you get your steamer for the carrots ?
I wish I could work from home with my baby but she's incredibly fussy 😅 so unfortunately I had to work nights and I sleep in the evening when my husband gets home from work. Once she starts school it will be easier as I can sleep while she is in school.
@@azawms my daughter starts daycare next year when she's 2. I can't wait 😂 maybe I can work from home then. Always inspiring to see other moms making it work.
Thanks for this! Im trying to get a home but I have 3 months left in pregnancy and unfortunately I NEED to work. Everyone is telling me it will be hard and near impossible but money needs to be made. Even if I dont start until he is 2 or 3 months old (I do have a stable place to stay, no worry at least, its just that we are with family and Id like my own space..)

Love your video. I do think the "elephant" in the comment section is people wanting to know more about the at-home jobs like yours. I get that you don't want to name your company but is your position a special position where a degree is required or one without a degree?
Yes, I did disclose but when she got older, I sent her to daycare because I couldn't keep up. My company is pretty flexible too, so that helps. And sometimes, you also have to sacrifice time at nights to work when they sleep. That's what I do mostly.
Thank yoy for sharing this realistic routine im the same situation ihave a 4 month babygirl and i work as a customer care presenter my baby is super chill as yours as well … but im worried coz I’ll be on call all the time i cant entertain or hold her and im thinking about let her watch babies youtube videos but i don’t want her to get attached to tv can you tell about what you’ve experienced is it that bad to let baby watch tv from very young age i would feel guilty:(
I literally can't do this. It's just me and my husband, no trusted family, and he works overtime and is exhausted so I'm managing housework, errands, chores, and the baby. I'm trying to work too, because our finances are so tight, but it's nearly unmanageable. I get maybe an hour or two max, and she's colicky and fussy. She has no set schedule at all. I don't know how people do this, I really don't.
Give yourself some grace mama and its ok to not have a clean house, etc. Lean on hubby and tell him that you’re exhausted too! Say, today my energy level is 40%, what do you have.. if he feels more energetic he can help out more and then vice versa, If he’s on 20%, you come up to with the remaining 80%. It’s a song & dance that you’ll both have to get used to. Definitely make sure you don’t lose yourself in all this and keep telling yourself it’ll be / get better!
I'm planning to have ny first baby next year, so I'm working as Customer service from home....my job doesnt offer maternity leave....how many days off do you think its adviseble to take?
It looks bad but it’s the reality! I have to work and don’t get to take care of my baby on my company’s time if that makes sense. If you watch the whole thing, you know that she does more than sit and watch cocomelon. Good luck to you.

I'm glad this was helpful. Good luck mama!
It’s easy until they’re a toddler. I can’t find anyone making it work after they start walking & drop to one nap.
100%. I kept her home only until she was about 6 months.
What do you do working from home? Like what job?
@@azawms That sounds manageable, thanks for the realistic and wholesome example!
This is one of the MOST realistic work from home with a baby video!
