Along with that, the game was still in the era where you HAD to charge up instead of taking out the NPC’s. If you think this COD was harder than that, you’re not good at games

I was so frustrated the entire time and it took me so goddamn long to pass these sections. Ruined any enjoyment and I couldn’t even care about anything in the actual story. Total joy killer
So that last bit doesn’t make any sense. They shoot you constantly as you’re running around finding scrap but, as soon as they drop their weapon they have 3 bullets in the clip.
For those stuck on the tank, follow this. Rush the different buildings, use smoke grenades if you can. Grab the C4 and run upstairs to the roof. Go prone to avoid the tank…in my experience, the enemy npc would never follow me up stairs. You’ll then wait until Graves drives by you in the tank. Throw the C4 on the tank, go prone and send it. Repeat this 3 times for the fireworks. Good luck.
14:47 Love this parallel from the other game. These two are great. On the other hand for the whole missile part where you gotta run away, I was playing on Veterans Mode. It was more hilarious than hard to do. Just running away from them after they see my Scottish ass hiding in a corner was humorous for some reason
The part where you have to stop the missile while hiding from the guards is the most annoying part and it doesn't get any easier, it just gets more difficult when you have to find a weapon to take out the guards after stopping missile
Mission HACK: Hide under the long table near windows after crafting your first shiv, knife one guy, get his gun (3 bullets - not ready for fight) … find another shiv in a drawer you have to pry open. Go back under the table and wait for the next guy. Knife that guy and it’ll advance you forward. Only have to knife 2 guys to progress!
Playing on regular difficulty and died so many times. Oh boy veteran is going to be so much fun. I think the missions "alone", "Ghost team" and the "Countdown" are the parts I'm going to have trouble with.
For me, personally, the hardest part on Veteran was the deck section of Dark Water with the moving freight containers. THAT was a nightmare! The other missions were hard, but felt fairer, compared to Dark Water.
Overall the campaign plot is better than 2019 but the gameplay of Violence and Timing as well as this mission's finale is just a game breaker, overall a 7/10.

I give it a 8/10. I really enjoy racing games, so Violence and Timing was my favorite mission. the plot was pretty solid in my opinion, up there with MW2019. only real complaint I have is that even though I liked the crafting mission (I think it was Alone), that last segment of this mission kind of felt out of place.
I'm soft-locked at the end part on Veteran when you don't have weapons and have to arm the bomb. I've managed to arm it but my checkpoint starts me off in the corner of the room near an area with a microwave. As soon as the checkpoint loads there are two guards on either side of the two directions you can go and I die instantly.
@David Bernadin IIRC I eventually got a better checkpoint by randomly running and diving behind some tables or something until the enemies circled around me, then I ran farther away and it triggered a different checkpoint. You'll get shot a couple times but through enough tries you can kind of glitch past the enemies' awareness.
I have to say this "soap has no weapons can you construct some sort of rudimentary lathe?" scene is both the dumbest and most annoying scene in the game. For me the campaign will remain forever uncompleted because its just to annoying to play though. Dumb AF.
The last part was pain in the ass but a quick tip for everyone. The little room with the hole is like a "safe zone" I don't think the troops will come look at you there so you can lurk in peace and wait for the perfect moment to do whatever you need. Second tip: Smokes are your best friend when stabbing the enemies or trying to open the locker. I wasted maybe 30-45 minutes just because I was struggling right after I deactivated the missile

They could of made this mission way better by turning the lights off the building and allowing the player to navigate the building usings NODs and give us a clean house mission.

This is the most nonsensical mission I’ve ever experienced in a game before lol The peak of the mission is you running around an obstacle course in a box with a laptop stuck in your hand and no weapons. Laswell recites her dialogue painfully slow so you can’t finish your task in a timely fashion. You’re expected to scavenge while avoiding rubberbanding enemies that all have armor on. Why couldn’t they just keep the knife on soap so at least he can jab the enemy before he gets shot to death? This isn’t even challenging. It’s just lazy game planning “Let’s make this mission so difficult they’ll have to spend hours on it. It doesn’t have to be logical. Just make it brain numbingly insane.

Using Marine Raiders for a mission like this wouldn’t make much sense, the FBI HRT or Delta Force would have been the ones to respond to such a scenario. And thus making this mission a huge missed opportunity to bring back Team Metal from the OG COD MW2.

I’ve reached this mission after a full day of playing and all I have to say is this is by far the worst campaign I have ever played in my life. As far as MW2 goes the only game type within the game that I really enjoy is DMZ. Everything else is so repetitive and just not fun at all.
I’m traaapped! I stopped the missile from hitting DC but I’m trapped under a fricken desk unable to get crafting materials bc I have a 10 second window where the guards aren’t in the room.

This mission is trash because I got stuck in the elevator and had to restart. At 15:20 when you jump in the elevator….I briefly left the elevator saw 2 guards and ran my ass right back in the elevator and got trapped in there 😡🤬ALONE…..Hassan disappeared!
For the longest time I thought you had to kill the two soldiers at the end without dying to Hassan but all you had to do is nothing I reset the checkpoint so many times and I was questioning if it was even possible but you had to get shot I was at it for 2 hours trying to figure out how to kill the last guy without getting shot but your supposed to fml

Killed the 2 guards and nothing happen, ran around breaking glass,throwing smoke bombs,blowing up microwaves,did this for 30 min had to restart mission
Everyone says alone is the worst mission??? Nah. Alone i died 3 times. But on the VERY START of this dumb bs mission died 10 times before looking it up
this one is much harder than “alone” at least in alone you weren’t trapped 40 flights up in a building floor with no weapons

Love the game and campaign but this last mission from right after soap fall through the elevator shaft and loses his weapon and has to run around and make weapon and duck and hide ....that last part is stupid AF...... whoever thought of that ran out of ideas.... 🙄

There are some good missions in the campaign, but some of them are just annoying and not fun to play.

This mission is trash because I got stuck in the elevator and had to restart. At 15:20 when you jump in the elevator….I briefly left the elevator saw 2 guards and ran my ass right back in the elevator and got trapped in there 😡🤬ALONE…..Hassan disappeared!
I accidentally got locked in the elevator where Hassan was so I had to restart the mission
For the longest time I thought you had to kill the two soldiers at the end without dying to Hassan but all you had to do is nothing I reset the checkpoint so many times and I was questioning if it was even possible but you had to get shot I was at it for 2 hours trying to figure out how to kill the last guy without getting shot but your supposed to fml
