Well done Honda design team, this has got to be one of the most interesting modern retro bike designs to look at. They are just hilarious!

I would sit on the bike and see if the hand grips/handlebars fall comfortably/ergonomically into your hands in the riding position. If Not they may need to be adjusted to your arms length, Loosen the handlebars mounts and push them forward till they are just right for you in a comfortable riding position. You can add a 1/4" shock spring Spacer, it installs up under the upper metal cover between the spring and shock top mount this will compress the spring a little to make the rear shock slightly more stiff and increase the spring rate, while taking out the wallow in the rear suspension. You could also look to see what weight of Fork oil come with the bike and go 5 weight heavier full synthetic fork oil. What I have done to several of my bikes is sit on the bike with your weight to see how much suspension SAG you get this is how much drop in the front and rear suspension, measure how much SAG you get, if its 1 inch or 2 inches what ever it is, say on the front forks, you can take the Fork caps off and see how muchspring pressure you have if no spring pressure and you have excessive Fork SAG then you could add a couple/few spring Shims, this will increase the spring rate, I like to put enough shims to the point where I can still get the fork caps on, it is harder to do then stock but they still go on. I would protect the engine with a front fender extender

Looks better than the 2022 model with the black frame

I have about 1500 miles on my new Honda Monkey, You mentioned the clutch acting kind of funky. Mine does the same thing, I think it does that because it's geared so tall. I kept thinking I was starting in 2nd gear when I first got mine. Anyway I dig the heck out of my new Honda. That's a good review you did.

after a few oil changes the clutch is smooth. Each oil change it go smoother and smoother. Now at 600miles and the bike feels broken in. I'll change to Grom size tires and change the gearing in the next few weeks. Got a 16t front and a 35t and 36t rear. I'm thinking the 16t and 36t will work well with the Grom size tires.

That “extra light” would’ve been the ABS light but the yellow variant doesn’t come with it

Any touring plans for this? :) How about mountain riding?

All I have been doing with it is mountain riding. Just came back from a night mountain ride to test the new Ohlins rear shocks. Don't think I'll do touring with this...I'll do it with the SuperCub once I get rid of my big bike and find a supercub.

The headlight bezel falls out at the top. Take out the two bottom screws so you can see the too. I suggest adding a small self tapping screw on too made of stainless steel. It will have to be short and use locktite

Since your into suggesting things, I suggest you learn how to spell. Do you mean Two, to or too?
