I think he is an introvert and is panicking with the whole 'setting', it's not natural. I'd behave similarly if I'm made to do this. I guess since Hannah is in acting, I believe it was a bit easier for her to be comfortable in the 'setting' due to practice. Just my thoughts. 🙂

True, such good vibes from them. Multiple times I felt good, at peace, deep inside of me, just by watching them. The 4 minutes of eye contact made me cry too. I guess we're "cryers" too :P
Her aura breathes empathy. not going to lie this is my first time hearing what she said behind the scenes. and she read my eyes like a book. Tea for two is a different type of dating experience because I try not to jump into the deep stuff on a first date (and these weren't even the BIG questions out of the 36 questions of love). So as much as I wanted to open up more - I decided not to because i) I didn't want this to make it about me and ii) I usually push people off when I tell them my past. The convo was about trying to figure out what we could relate with and that is why when she talked about marginalized communities the convo picks up because it's something I too am very passionate about (we talked religion and other relatable issues). But yet again - I think she could tell (as well as I) that we decided to hold a few things back. But then we stared into each other's eyes. When we stared into each other... those four minutes... she opened up her heart and I decided to open up a little as well. What you don't see - is around the 2-3 min mark (of staring) we actually started to tear up (that's why I reached out to grab her hands and that's why we sighed at the end). Hearing her comments about what she saw in my eyes... well that just makes me. again. no words. just. Ineffable... I guess I just wanted to let you know that. Loved your comment because I think it encapsulates this interaction.

Jonathan seems like the friend who'd drag you on something you usually wouldn't do, but opens your mind on these huge new things and changes your mind set drastically without even meaning to. Hannah is like the word subtle and what it means or something like that. She's very calm and relaxing, almost like Jonathan's opposite. I think they're amazing people, but opposites don't always attract if that makes sense

You're right. There is so much you want to say and give, but sometimes (especially on a first date) you sometimes create a habit of not saying the deep stuff right away (as in my experience it's pushed girls away). So yes it was a mixture of stress, nervousness, and most of all trying to find some common ground about where we could click. (the Marginalized comments / Family life got me) but I think it all calmed down when we stared at each other for four minutes. Watching the video now. I can't believe she read my eyes like a book. I moved back to LA and then I was in a movie theater and by sheer luck met the Jubilee crew. We were talking and randomly they asked if I was single. I said yes and then this happened.
