- Hello and welcome to my Channel, I'm Professor Jayne. Today I will be teaching you about psychology and the divisions of the nervous system all while whispering and making soft hand motions. Hope you enjoy!
What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a calm, relaxing feeling often associated with a tingling sensation on the head or scalp that may also extend down the spine. It is generally triggered by soft noises and hand movements and can be used a relaxation tool or sleep aid.
asmr, plucking, asmr learn while you sleep, asmr teacher, asmr lecture, asmr psychology, asmr brain
Honestly after seeing mostly just psychology “facts” asmr videos, as a psychology major it’s nice to listen to a psychology video without getting tense because of all the false “facts”. Loved this vid!
That cat purrs are the cherry on top ❤
When I told my teacher i would eat sleep and breathe psychology I was not joking
Psychology facts with the cat purring is so hypnotic. Its amazing and It just makes the asmr video soo much better. Please can you make more videos with Psychology facts along with the purring? Its really satisfying!
your cat is adorable😂 this was very clear and easy to follow as well!! I would love to learn more about the methodology of psychology or your experience of learning psychology
Let me know what you'd like to learn about next. Thanks for watching!
Just found this and honestly I'm just so glad that I did. Hope you keep making similar videos!!!!
I love this. I'm a biology major and I'm trying to make scientific ASMR videos. Partly because I like ASMR, partly to work on my public speaking skills. I really like how you've presented the information.
Thank you! I thought it would be an interesting way to share information!
Awesome I will support you
As a psychologist student in training, this was inspiring. Thanks Doc and Humuna Humuna Humuna! ❤️

This is actually pretty good! I can’t believe your not more popular.
I notice this video is 2 years old but gold. I’m 16 years old and being a medical or clinical psychologist has always caught my attention. Realistically the only job that’s interested me this much, I’ve asked AI for direct answer about psychology since looking them up takes to long and this is something I want to definitely do as a career. I don’t have much to say other than this is my dream lmao, I have gone through a rough life though and I’ve acted in ways I shouldn’t have or have done things I shouldn’t have. And whenever I’m thinking later on I ask myself why did I let my feelings take over like that. And whenever someone has a problem mentally or emotionally I try to help as much as possible and help them out. I take it personal in order to help them and I see this job as a perfect fit. And learning about the brain and the responsive system to ones actions is so interesting!!
I really enjoyed that. Thank you. I am trying to gather as much knowledge I can since I can't study Psychology.
Thank you so much!!
Hope you continue !
