Your parachute behavior... those drills are so heavy, you may need to place parachutes right by them (maybe 1 in the location you moved the ore detector from) to balance more.
If your thrust was a bit lacking just trying to get to space, imagine the struggle trying to return fully loaded.
Yes, it's helpful to turn ON your antenna. Broadcast range.. 1000-1500M should be enough without attracting too much attention from nearby spawns of enemies.
Perhaps carry enough components on your next trip, to build 1-2 solar panels while out in space, just to have a little battery recharge ability.
@@chadp6307 yea, that would have been wise. I think atmo thrust was enough to stay aloft. But if I had to leave planet with a load, it wouldn’t happened for sure.
I’m working out the idea of the giant cloud/solar system strider.
The ladder is being burnt by one of the atmo-thrusters.
Good work getting into space, now the long search for suitable asteroids, and maybe tagging a few for potential sites for a space-base.
@@lordkaos2753 you like surface space bases? Or are you an internal asteroid base? I usually dig in, also was thinking of a mobile base. I’ve been trying to go over how the giant pond strider is going to work.
@@Quantum_Tator I think one that as a natural cavity would be interesting, I've seen too many that have been bored out and then built up, but no-one has really just moved into the space-worm tunnels.
