Neuer has done his part for his country. He is a world cup winner and will always be regarded as a great. But you're right, his time is up and it's unlikely he will be back to his best ever again. Ter Stegen needs to start and Leno is also a good shout. But the longer Neuer stays, the more he hurts his legacy.
