  • Dar es Salaam Rapid Transit also known as UDART is a bus rapid transit system that began operations on 10 May 2016 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In this video I get to interact and talk to the locals as I get a ride inside the buses. This is my first honest Kenyan impression of the experience on the Buses.

Dar es Salaam is one of the populated cities in Africa but the way it is planned and its wideness people are not congested as compared to Nairobi and Kampala! Nairobi is only built in one small area but well modernized

My friend don't cheat by incouragingbwho are making mistakes, well the brt are so narrow and cannot qualify to brt as your compiring by those south Africa, don't compare as are very poorly, learn in Uganda from Entebbe to Kampala road toll as the best roads, these roads are rubbish roads.

How wonderful and exciting to see a city grow, the bus rapid transit and the new mall being built are very well planned and look amazing. If the same ticket can be used all day I would be getting my money's worth and going sightseeing for a day trip around town, Thank You. Cheers!

If you start your journey from Kimara to Kariakoo and you boarded a bus goes to Kivukoni, all that you are supposed to do is to transit at Fire Bus Station and wait for the bus that goes to Gerezani. You don't need to go all the way to Kivukoni and board a bus for Kariakoo / Gerezani...this option will require a passenger to pay for another ticket as the Kivukoni route will be terminated there. But if the passenger opts to transit at Fire Bus Station he will still use the same ticket to finish his route to Kariakoo via Gerezani.
