Some of those fills are very dynamicly & lightly placed paradiddles between both the right and left hand and then mixed in with diddles on the kick. Then, on the groove he is playing drag triplets to give it that smooth feel. Very, very talented. It’s very difficult to reach that level of dynamic touch.👍

Intensity Vs volume. Some people loose the intensity when the volume goes down. Or slow down. Speed up when it gets loud. It’s always a joy to watch a player like Sergio still nail it at low volume. Smiling. Love watching you Sergio. 👌

Seriously.. great taste, touch.. technique.. musicality, the layers, super ergonomic and efficient and most of all FUN. If I was going to show a kid today on how to play drums, and what it's really about.... I'd say Kids.. look at Sergio.. Kids be like Sergio.
