- hi everyone!♥️another vlog for you! I know I've posted a few vlogs recently, but I hope you enjoy them🫶🏻i find myself in London a lot now, but I just had to vlog this day as it was such a unique and awesome experience I really wanted to share it.
thank you to Cirque Du Soleil for inviting me along to this, as I grew up a contortionist, this was super special. I actually had no idea a contortionist would be there so it was a really great surprise, and although my legs suffered quite a lot from it, I would do it again if I could🥰✨
I was going to cut the seizure footage right down, but I left majority of it in as I wanted it to be quite raw and show the different stages of my seizures, although they can be different every time. It was almost filmed start to finish but not quite as I was quite distressed when I started to come out of it and was having very violent myoclonic jerks so mum didn't record and I had medication to calm it. but I hope that perhaps it taught you something♥️

loved this vlog evie! also i am really grateful you leave in the footage of your seizures, since i started watching you back in 2020 i have been educated via your videos on seizure awareness and how they can look which has helped as i now have a friend in college who has absent seizures and i now know what to do to keep them safe 💕✨

Idk why but just seeing evie having a seizure is making me cry it leaves me heartbroken that a person so sweet has to go through this stay strong evie dont give up
Omg when I saw the plates and the Dutch rabbits I realized my mom has a bunch of those plates and nicknacks! So cool. She found them all thrift shopping too. Also, this whole vlog is so fun (besides the seizure of course! Obviously that isn’t fun.)

Hey, love your videos always. I can see you're the type of person who tries to make their content as accessible as possible. I just wanted to ask if there was a possibility you could leave the context type text on the screen for a little longer, I have learning difficulties and read quite slow and there are a lot of videos out there that flash text up super quickly and I always have to go back and/or pause it to read it which can get really frustrating sometimes. It's not a problem if not, I understand.
I always love your content so don't pressure yourself to make it perfect because it already is

Do your tics ever interfere with getting blood drawn? I have a stupid phobia of needles and one time i pulled away while the needle was in me..

bonjour EVIE , a mon avis tu sollicites trop ton cerveau , tu as eu une journée chargée , pleine d emotions , de plus créer des videos un peu partout te fatigue , je ne suis qu' un modeste youtubeur , mais je connais le stress qu engendre la creation d une video...on voit la fatigue qui s installe sur ton visage , plus de paillettes , moins ce rire charmant , lache un peu internet pour profiter des instants comme la promenade dans les bois , tu sais que c est nous qui créons sans le savoir notre maladie ...alors EVIE s il te plait , cool la vie et revient avec ton rire qui nous fait a nous blessé de la vie un bien fou , ta beauté est notre thérapie..........bises de France

i thought it was going to get worse/turn into a tonic clonic when i saw how big your pupils became and still were growing in such a short amount of time- hope you're okay now! glad you had fun, you deserve it
it did turn into a mild tonic clonic but not too bad, had much worse but it was coming out of it that was worse, didn’t video that bit but i was alright a few hours later. thanks for the love❤️🫶🏻

That looked like a nice place to visit and thank you for sharing this i have only had seizures when I am asleep so far and never seen myself having one but i wish someone had videoed it, i go into a grand mal seizure after for up to three days and when like this i don't like men apparently but i normally wake up in a hospital bed with all sorts plumbed into me, once again thank you ❤

Hi Evie I kinda have a weird question. So you can feel when seizures are coming on? Is it then ever a relief once you have had a seizure and come out the other side as you don’t have the build up? I have fainting spells (unsure as to why) and I can feel them coming on and find it’s a relief when I do pass out and then wake up as it’s over with, same with my tic attacks, and I didn’t know if seizures were similar in that way?

Hey I love your videos and was wondering what you feel during a seizure and like why your mum is comforting you( not like that's bad but I thought you went unconscious)
Also are the tics a totally separate condition or are they due to your pans
Sometimes Evie can hear during a seizure so I speak to her. In this situation she was in a strange place so it was even more important to reassure her that I was there and keeping her safe. I don’t know until after whether she has heard or not but always speak to her anyway ❤
@@lilexpomarker2825my tics are due to Tourette’s & PANS. a bit of both🙈 mum talks to me as i can usually actually hear her. even if i can’t process her words properly, i need to know she’s there and that i’m safe ❤

you'll probably never see this but i had a question do you film your seizures for your doctors or only for youtube or tik tok?
She has said in the past that she sometimes films for doctors and also for awareness and educational purposes on her social media.
multiple reasons actually:
- for me to see afterwards as i don’t know what i look like or sometimes forget what happens and having time missing is scary
- to show doctors and professionals
- to share online so seizures become more ‘normal’ to see as maybe then if someone has a seizure in public people won’t panic as much and know what to do ❤
I watched myself for the first time last year (absence seizures got at 19 before meds I was found on the floor including next to a main road that one was scary as I woke up to 7 strangers who parked up to help me and I had a complete blank memory no name no idea where I was nothing, it came back about a minute later I am now 37). I just stood there not moving or reacting to co workers for a few minutes and woke up confused why I was sitting (co-workers moved me to a seat) and wondered why everyone looked very concerned and kept asking if I was feeling well.
You inspire me on my bad days not to give in thank you xx

I hope this isn’t too ignorant of a question but, can you think when you’re having a seizure? Like what is going through your mind? Can you hear your mom? Feel her touch?
I don't know about evie (I hope I spelt that right). I get absence seizures, I act like a statue you can still move me across the room without resistance and even snap your fingers or pretend to hit my face and I won't flinch. When I come to I don't know that I had one or remember them. I don't know my signs like evie does as well so I am caught unprepared. I got them at 19 and these ones were my bad ones found on floor, I am now 37. Hope this helps

if you’re referring to my legs, i am able to stand still and hula hoop but i cannot walk for more than 10 minutes.
