    Nice adaptation! I like the idea of using a lesser quality of an expensive cut of beef for a recipe that calls for a tougher cut. Brilliant!!

    Thank you on the bacon thing people keep on telling me that my bacon is raw cause it isn't super crunchy. If bacon is super crunchy it has no flavor and it is dry as hell.
