Hilarious considering the US military has ALWAYS looked for people who can speak multiple languages. Pashto and Mandarin specifically among them, especially over the last couple decades. -_-
Hhahahaah…. I love Nick Torres and Jessica Knight way of countering that guy racist and bigoted views. I speak 2 languages and that’s makes me an educated person. In fact speaking 2 languages makes me quite connected to learning other people and culture
I get what you mean, might be kind of fun. I just can't help but wonder if Donald Bellisario, had some idea he was on to something after the first 5 or 10 years. I mean the dude was writer and/or produce of a profitable hit show every year (except 1994) from 1977 to the current date
My favorite scene. Met a jerk who said that about two Asian women in line. When I spoke Korean then switch to Italian. The two women said thank you and the guy left .
I like to freak out telemarketers and scammers by answering my phone in Korean. I did 2 tours there between 1976 and 1980 and the people said I speak the language without an American accent.

hiiii can anyone translate the spanish and mandarin so I could put them on the subtitle?? would be really appreciated thank you xoxo
the Chinese line means:
If you are able to speak 2 languages, doesn't means you are a spy.
Nick said: "unfortunatly, I don't think the same way". In a non literal translation
More literal would be "don't see it" or "face it".
Loved this scene. Still do ♥️😍
He says in spanish: " unfortunately, i dont see it the same way"
"Never ridicule a foreigner's broken English. THEY speak more than
one language."

that's awful :( glad you did that tho! 💞
actually afghanistan has two offical languages pasto and dari which is just another word for persian.
I don’t knock people who only speak one language. Don’t knock me for communicating in more than 1 language.

Yeah, that would be a "Yoink" of any clearance or passes that guy would have had.
No, just a valid EO complaint. But in the actual military nobody talks this way.
