- The family of 11-month-old Dior Harris emotionally confronted a man who admitted to his part in the baby's murder in exchange for 15 years in prison. Dior's father, Shaquail Harris, was led out of the courtroom after trying to push past officers to scream at Chavez Ocasio during his sentencing. The baby's mother, Desiree Seymore, told him she hopes he rots in hell. (Video by Anne Hayes)
Why do people get 30+ years for marijuana but only 15 for murder. Justice system is so flawed
I'm so sick of people saying this. Nobody is getting fifteen years for any drug unless they're trafficking. All this shows when people say this is that you don't know what you're talking about.
@@lazydaisy2292not accurate. For repeat offenders, felony drug possession is 15 years to life. Simple offender with 1 prior 15 days to 2 years.
