An absolutely underrated gem. I bawl like a baby when the boy runs back to the water park no matter how many times I watch the film. Fantastic performances.

I have been absolutely underwhelmed by almost every movie made over the past few years... but this, was a 11 out of 10. It just knocked it right out of the box. Every actor cast for his/her part was perfect for their part. I don't care for the very ending, but the rest of it was just... perfect. It has a wicked awesome soundtrack as well. I love Edie Brickell. :)
I don't think this Steve Carell was evil. I mean, yeah he was a cheater and everything but, he was like every other character, a human. But yeah, I want to punch him everytime he's talking in this movie. And yeah, I love so much Betty, this drunk gossip girl. She makes me laught a lot! One of my favorite movie ever!
i liked the movie, but i'm surprised with how manny people liked it, a lot, not a bad movie at all, but today, people rarely like this style of movies, it really surprised me.

not only is Sam Rockwell one of the greatest actors of a generation, he seems like such a genuine and nice guy, like the perfect older brother.
I cannot wait to see this movie, but i think i will be pissed off when he is over looked for an award (like moon!)

This is a great interview. The interviewer was very knowledgeable, had done their homework, and had a nice sense of humor, which clearly both actors appreciated and resulted in a relaxed, interesting and insightful interview. It was also clear how supportive Sam Rockwell is to his fellow cast members which is incredibly nice to see - shows you don't have to be a diva to be on the top of your game. A great example for Liam to follow.

Liam James favorit scene, is definitely my favourite as well. It is such a good moment. And of course in the end, when Sam Rockwell steps between Steve Carell and Liam. Love this movie.

honestly was taken aback watching this movie, thought steve carell would be the comedic one and sam rockwell the serious one, but it was vice versa, just goes to show how diverse and talented the two actors are, amazing film

Liam looks at sam with such a great respect. Also, his eyes are wonderful.
Liam James has one blue eye and one green eye. Turns in a remarkable lead performance in this film, and Rockwell has a lot to do with the evolution of his character. Really a GREAT film.
Sam Rockwell in Galaxy Quest is still one of my favorite characters of all time.
This is one of my favorite movies ever.I felt like I was watching someone's real life, not a movie.
Most underrated actor. Glad this movie did well. I was surprised at how well it did in the box office. Liam James is one of these kid actors I'm following closely. He was in line to possibly star as Peter Parker as the new Spider-man and I know it probably won't happen but if there's a chance I would like to. He's just a great upcoming actor.

This is easily one of the best coming of age films of the last 20 years. I kinda die and my heart goes out to Duncan at the end... I love Sam Rockwell.... I just wish Sam didn't have his arms crossed throughout the whole interview. :-\
Sam Rockwell is an underestimated Actor in Hollywood. He's so good at stealing the show, I mean If I was there on set? I would be following him around set getting advice and just studying him and his craft. He's gonna nominted for a tragedy drama soon. But I don't believe he will get a Oscar or Golden Globe nod for this.. But he will in afew years time. I can feel it.

I thought I was the only one who was told that I wasn't ready for the Deer Hunter when I was a teenager. It was my favorite film at the time and clearly Sam Rockwell's as well.
This movie is very possibly my new favorite, it was heart touching, hilarious, it was all around just a perfect movie and an amazing story.

I love Liam's teeth lol... he's a stuning boy and it's the first time I've seen an interview with him so it was a nice surprise to see that he's just as shy and as introverted and also as smart as Dunken in the movie, he acts wonderfully to my opinon he's very simple, and intutive and very, very touching I loved seeing him act. And to those of you who say that he's gay: he doesn't look gay to me but if he is, so what? how does that effects him as an actor or as a person? just let him be, he's so young, and if he ever meets a boy who will make him feel alive, that will make him happy, what the fuck is wrong with that? it's ok as long as he's happy. Stop using "gay" as an insult, please. As a straight girl it offendes me. Thank you.

That was so awesome that Sam brought up Seven Psychopaths. That was my favourite movie of 2012. It was cool to listen to him talk about how big of a pleasure it was to be in that film. This was also a great movie.
I agree about Rockwell not getting an Oscar or Golden Globe for this but he could get an Independent Spirit Award. Same with the movie.

just an absolutely wonderful movie. Saw it this afternoon (Saturday, july, 27) and I could relate to this movie on so many levels. I think everyone in the movie was brilliant and Jim and Nat's script was flawless. And yeah I agree with the person below this movie will and should definitely get recognized at awards seasons for the script and particularly for Liam James and Sam Rockwell. Go out and see it when it comes to your town!

+c585 that and I feel like since Liam is real comfortable being around Sam he could easily talk to him and not feel too much anxiety during the interview. I know I would probably do that so I wouldn't feel too much pressure while answering questions because I sometimes get anxiety and get nervous if i mess up what I'm trying to say or the sentence doesn't flow out of my mouth correctly.

Movie of the year
I saw the movie and it was awesome. Everyone did a great job portraying their characters, especially Steve Carell, as being the insensitive/cheating/asshole. But i loved more, young Liam James' performance (Spectacular). I always used to remember him as the "Younger Shawn Spencer from Psych" but not anymore.

No he doesn't, odd thing to comment on. Liam was extremely charming and eloquent, and clearly he is tremendously talented and great to work with, which should stand him in good stead for more interesting parts.
***** my brother studders, I worship people he speak up despite their shyness I haven't said or meant anything bad by saying that, on the contrary (yeah, wrong spelling I know): I think he was great in this interview and studdering is not something to be ashameds about, his is not that bad and either he'll work through it or he'll just grow out of it. הגר גדליוביץ' Ah. Your comment wasn't very clear then. Glad to hear you weren't poking fun at people who stutter. A slight stutter or stuttering (not studdering as you called it) is very common. An not that it matters if he does or not, but I didn't hear Liam stutter once.
I live in Israel so I have some spelling mistakes which I am aware of. And I know it's very common, my brother has it as I pointed out in my comment below. And maybe you haven't noticed because you don't live around people who has it and you don't know the neuances of the speech. He speaks well it is very slight and doesn't mean anything, I meant it as a complimant, to show how great he is.
