Question is Dual Agency not prohibited in Texas? If so, why are there so many questions in regard to Dual Agency in these questions? None of them address it is not allowed in Texas

I don't understand how 46 is answer choice C. In the problem A,B, and C are joint tenants. Each tenant has 33% interest in the home. if tenant C sells to tenant B then tenant B now has 66% interest and tenant A still has 33% and tenant C no longer has an interest in the home. If tenant B dies then shouldn't tenant A receive 100% of tenant Bs interest since tenant C sold their interest? And if C somehow is given their share back through operation of Law that would mean B's interest (66% of the home) is split in half which would have tenant C taking 33% and tenant A 33%. So tenet Bs interest would be split equally 50/50. This question is either not worded properly or i am missing something. I feel the question should have been "What remaining percentage of the interest in the home will transfer to A" which would be 66%. IDK. Tricky and unfair question.
The question is asking of the percentage of B transfers to A not the percentage of A are holding! B is transferring 66% to A that A is holding 100% now. It's pretty clear to me though.
I thought the first 100 was excellent and followed typical topics seen in study textbooks. This one seemed to introduce questions and subjects Ive not found in my textbooks so I question its value. Also, having adds every couple of questions is distracting and annoying. I have never seen so many advertisements on youtube before.

Yes you're correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try if you can't study then get yourself a good help

They have to word it differently bc they can get in trouble.
