Ok so I just took the exam and, I used only your videos for the state and Texas national part to study and passed my first try. Of course there were a lot of other questions not in the videos in the exam but this was extremely helpful. Thanks!!!!
Are these questions and answers on the Texas state and national exam ? I finished my schooling just have to do the state and national exam. I found stuff on stuvia but wasn’t sure if it was legit.

I made flashcards using this video! I failed my first try both test by 4 points, but passed my second time when I went and studied what I didn't know and what was missing. For the most part, this video helped me the most!!!! Thank you
I think watching various videos helped, even from other states. Practice at least 40-50 math examples. The Texas test is hard, but if u spend about 3 weeks u should be fine.
I took the exam 12-28-23 and studied like 4-6 hours each day. Took notes, read books, watched videos, and practiced question. This video was good but very few question come up that were over those topics. It is a very difficult exam that has lots of weird questions and math problems. It took me almost four hours. good luck everone.

Question 40. Isn’t land immobile?? Shouldn’t be the correct answer for this is B instead of A. Land is not transferable it’s Immobile. Im confused now. Can someone pls explain?

hmm question 54 answer is unilateral contract which is only one party but shane offered an open contract to all local brokers ... maybe im misunderstanding but wouldnt that be a bilateral contract meaning more then one?

I passed the Texas and National on the first try. It was hard and took me about 3:45 hrs. 12 questions Math were hard but I got it.

wholesaling is selling interest in a contract. its basically contract flipping
