Having stable, flexible, and mobile wrists. To me it's important to have strong tendons and joints, this helped me a lot with the handstand and other exercises too
So true! There are moments when my handstand feels effortless. The trick is learning how to repeat that perfect position without thinking about the 1000 helpful tips so it becomes second nature -- like standing on your feet. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 easier said than done!
I love your channel so much! Btw can you please do full tutorials for the head spin, flare, bridge, hand spin, splits, back roll, shoulder roll, power acrobatic spins, front roll, power move entry, breakdance 7 step, breakdance 4 step, breakdance 5 step, front walkover, back walkover, cartwheel, b-kick, five roll, complete backspin guide, or macaco? Thank you so much!
I haven't tried a handstand for so many years - I mean a LOT of years! Would be great to get into those handstand shoulder presses. Best to be up against a wall for those would you say?
Handstand is tough I agree. My goal was to learn it this year. So i checked my progress and i could hold it for 4 sec after a lucky attempt of 15 attempts. But i want it to be more consistent
Do you have some tips or something that helped you a lot in learning the handstand? 🤸🏽♂️
