Someone commented that because of the number of times Sephiroth appears it kinda takes away that element of mystery and surprise to his villain persona, like this guy is not to be messed with in the original but the remake made him more of that character who appears out of nowhere (like for who knows how many times) and seeing Subaru's reaction kinda confirms it. Still this has to be one of my most favorite parts in the game Aerith and Cloud finally getting to meet with her theme playing in the background. I appreciate how much attention Subaru gives to the remake.
I'd say Sephiroth appearing much more often in the remake makes him mysterious again for older players if just because we don't yet understand why. His motives seem to be almost... helpful? Even if his methods are just as manipulative and cruel as before.
Too bad in the original FF7 playthrough Subaru had to hide the screen for Square Enix, that scene was one of the ones where you would have loved to see their face/reactions to
This isn't the first time a SOLDIER fell from the heavens into that same flower bed. It's actually Zack that first fell on that flower bed, following the incident of a fight breaking out and collapsing the floor they're standing on. Cloud then fell into that same flower bed in this scene, making a big parallel of how he is Zack's legacy.
"I am... your master" Is that the actual translation because I played the game in English dub and I'm pretty sure in the dub he says "i am your everything"

Well he is a SOLDIER afterall, wielding a sword as big as his is not easy to any normal person so falling from that high is also not normal I guess

That line is mine. Becaus Sephiroth said 主人 which can translated as owner or master pretty much.
