- I share a "Bible study" every couple of weeks. I call it a Bible study for lack of better words. It's usually whatever I am studying at the time. Over the last 18 months I have been on an intense study of humility and pride, in case you didn't notice from the sermon here. God looks at the heart not the hat people. Don't take pride in rules, I have to remind myself of that.

Being a hat wearer 90% of the time I do practice some hat etiquette and think it's a good practice, respect to a woman, respect to a judge in a courthouse or others in authority, for the flag but those things are cultural issues not biblical issues. As for me I don't wear my hat at church in corporate worship but not because God said no or a church rule, I take off my hat as a physical reminder to myself that I'm doing something different, I'm not just in a store or hanging out, helps me set that time apart. That's me and that's why I do it, the guy next to me in church may be wearing his but that's his thing, it may not effect his worship one way other the other and that's ok. The Lord says your body is the temple and we should worship Him constantly throughout our day so if being in worship is the case for a hat I guess we never should wear one.
Just my two cents
All you complain about his hat missed a great sermon and forget it not that which is outwardly but that is inwardly that defiled a man don’t make mountain out of mole hills
That makes me feel way better hearing that you are a Christian and love Christ

If you haven’t yet try to watch his interview with Glenn Beck. He makes it clear as day his faith in The Lord. Also you can tell how people that are believers and have a peace about them through Christ are Christians by the way they carry themselves. I’ve always thought their was something different, something special that set Dale apart from other people, and sure enough it was his faith in the Lord. He has a joy about him that only comes through a relationship with Christ.
Many people claim to be “Christian”.. but do they live it?

As a full time pastor, this is encouraging and humbling… Funny to say one of my favorite sermons isn’t even by a preacher, but it’s by a fellow brother in Christ.

Loved this so much I am a follower of Jesus and am only 14 and having people that I look up to like dale speak about Jesus makes me love dale more and helps me more in my walk with Jesus.💗🤠loved this Ol’son

Well I can understand why you've taken down the chance for other people to reply (?) It doesn't matter what you wear. It's not a sign of disrespect to Our God that you kept your hat on, your glasses, your belt buckle or your boots. I read some of those comments and these people acted as if they had the right to speak in HIS name. Well,Dale they don't. God was just so pleased and proud of you for coming into his home and spreading his word. Your attire was not a sign of disrespect to him but these people don't know you. He does though. I remember his message on an Easter post. He is a good fellow, with a sense of humor and loves Jesus. He is using his platform to reach the next generation.

I've loved your videos for years! Growing up around "real" Cowboys & Rodeo in Mesquite, TX I could relate to you. I lost my mind last week because my oldest sat his hat on the table, rim side down. If you know, you know. LOL So yeah, love the content and the humor that comes with it. I watched your Sermon this morning, and I promise you, it was a gift from God. It hit hard & was full of so many nuggets that were what I needed to hear. Have you ever attended a Service and started lookin' around thinking, "Holy crap this is about me"? Dale, it doesn't matter what you wear. These people don't have the right to tell you how to dress while you're in his house. Those people who left comments about your attire care more about your hat or that our Lord chose you to speak his words for him. He welcomed you into his house with open arms because he loves his son and that love is reciprocated. Add another title to your endless list of titles. I'm so proud of you and how much you have accomplished in your life! These people should be grateful because they have no idea how much effort you put in a days work. I hope videos like this keep coming! Great sermon to live by. I think sometimes we all get caught up in the “competition” of life, especially with social media constantly growing broadcasting everyone’s life to the world. It gives the false pretense that “the grass is always greener on the other side” instead of learning to focus on and tend to our own lawn! Work hard and stay humble.

Thank God and Jesus and Dale Brisby...hey Dale is always 3rd nit 1st...😇 but, I, truly needed this bread as I've been out of church for sometime now. It really spoke to me like only the Holy Spirit does. I hope that you remain blessed and humble and I ask for your prayers, as I'm still sick, Dale..it's unknown, to doctors what is causing the disease, but it's been almost 2 years of the worst pains, disfiguring masses and scarring, and close to death more than 3 or 4 times...I have prayed longer than ever,, been confused why God would let this be and why he hasn't given me complete healing, as I am his daughter.. but as I live, I live for his glory and as I die, I die for his glory. GOD BLESS YOU AND LOVE YOU!!! your sis in Him, Sarina Belle aka Miss Virgie🤟🙏💕😇🤣

Love the word delivered. Thank you for giving analogies along with God's word. The lesson is , for me, easier to understand.
