神樹坪除了硬體設施如停車場，走道的整修，軟體的飼養員人數，是否也能增加些？或飼養員的薪資或福利也能增漲些？？？
畢竟生活的壓力，也會影響心情，讓飼養員把家安頓的妥當，無後顧之憂，心情愉快的上班，熊貓寶貝也能感受到飼養員的好心情，而更清鬆。
現實生活光有愛，是不夠的呀！

福寶的事件只是冰山的一角，飼養員先 不說有虐待這樣的嫌疑，，就從管理的層面來探討，是否人力的不足造成熊貓飼養員無法做到仔細的照護，又或者高層聽不到基層的聲音，神樹坪該檢視你們基地運作模式，人力的配度，不要讓大眾人認為基底以愛護熊貓之名，做利用熊貓賺取利益之實，妥妥把你們定位成殘害熊貓的斬首台。 也許不是只有神樹坪要檢視問題在哪裡。
