I prefer continuous lights over strobes because they give me constant, real-time lighting, making it easier to see exactly how the light interacts with my subject. I can adjust the lighting on the fly without having to worry about sync issues or waiting for a flash to recharge. It’s especially helpful for when I need to balance with ambient light, since I can always see the effect of my adjustments immediately.
Hey REEM!!! Amazing job as usual. I have a quick for you, I see that you used on camera flash and constant light together. Do you set your flash on TTL mode or Manual? And, did you adjust your color temperature for both?
