After being in an 8 year depression, you have inspired me to see the beauty and elegance in simple everyday life, like I used to be when I was younger…you are a God sent…
If I may suggest. You must always remember, that you are a worthy person, who deserves happiness and love. Wake-up and smile and thank the universe (or god) for life and smile when you say it. Go to the mirror and tell yourself, that you're gorgeous as you smile--concentrate on the positive--don't look at yourself under a prying eye finding the minute flaw but rather embrace them. Law of attraction taught me this. Before I would wake-up rather grumpy; avoid the mirror and when faced with it would see just my flaws. Now, I wake-up thanking the universe for a new lovely day with a smile, which makes, me happy; go to look in the mirror and tell myself I'm gorgeous. Go on about your day thinking positively (don't put yourself down [there are plenty of uglies to do that-don't be your worst enemy), see the beauty in everything like yourself. Be truly grateful and vocalise it, for what you have from little, simple things of a cup of tea, your breakfast to great things. Gratitude has a positive effect on one's well being and disposition. Look into law of attraction videos on you tube, e.g. Dr. Joe Dispenza. I wish you well, many blessings upon you :)
I'm not surprised that you have such a large fan base in the US. We are aching for some elegance and grace these days. Thank you for sharing a bit about yourself. You really are lovely.
Yes. Elegance and grace are timeless, and so needed. As you point out in videos, it is most often not a question of money, but of love and attention to detail and honoring one's own unique expression of taste and beauty. It is an energy that is manifested and transmitted when these are combined to create/express something. I think we are going to return to elegance, grace, and beauty. These things are essential.
Hi Nicholas, I am currently a professor at an interior design school in Southern California. It is unfortunate that some of your friends felt that their particular design interest/s were not addressed in design school. Here in the United States, what you are referring to is called Historical Preservation. One of my graduate students is doing her research-based capstone project on just that. As for you being a design, you have achieved your goal via a different path! It does not mean that you are not a designer in the true sense, just like there are those who are natural teachers without the formal training. You surely are a talented designer to your core and I recognize that and applaud that. In addition, you have lived in places that are truly historical, we do not have anything as old or as beautiful in the U.S. I have been fortunate to have traveled to Spain, the London area, Ireland, France, and last year Scotland with a view of the Edinburgh castle from our hotel window. You are blessed to live in the U.K. and I learn so much from you in your UA-cams! Bravo and keep doing what you are doing!
I spent many years in Italy and in other places in Asia, etc. I understand that the US doesn't come close to the age or depth of these places. But, there are still many gorgeous building unique to the US that are worth the study and our admiration. There are places all over the world that are unique and beautiful to the place and time period they are from- we can learn and appreciate from all of them.
It’s called Neo-Traditional. Not everyone wants to live in an insipid sterile interior that’s a combination of an embalming chamber and a low maintenance prison. Historicism is purely incidental. True interior design takes the prized belongings of ones client, integrates them into a desired space (desired by the client).
I absolutely LOVE the lack of pretension. You could completely lie to us that you're from an aristocratic family, but you don't. That says alot about character. Thank you
Nicolas, you don't need to go to any school because elegance, class and distinction are innate in you .... You are like a beautiful ancient gentleman, reincarnated in our days, I love your personality, your maturity, your knowing how to be, definitely the child that every mother wishes she had. Trust yourself, you will get very high in this world.
@@maggiehendon9946 There’s a time and a place for everything, Maggie. Stop spamming Nicholas’s comment section with your inappropriate comments. Nobody said anything against Jesus. Nobody mentioned Jesus except you. Give it a rest, woman! Did you even watch the video? Do you have a compliment or any constructive criticism? No? Then pipe down. You’re welcome! 😇
Well done, Mr. Fairford. I would suggest that you start planning your first book about living with beauty. I will buy one, certainly. Photos of Edinburgh, recipes, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, simple and elegant entertaining. Happy to be one of your supporters from the US. Sorry if I seem pushy! My son is about your age and is in the Arts. Have a lovely day.
I really love how you spoke of your parents, your siblings and your childhood. You told how you were not wealthy, but had a beautiful childhood. That attitude will take you far. You have an amazing outlook. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life. You inspire many.
A rare species is this Nicolas. I have discovered him 15 minutes ago (it was recommended to me) and I am already in love, sitting calmed down, peaceful and hypnotised by his beauty, charm and manners (culture). I was sure he comes from some aristocratic family. ... A self made man? Wow. Well, the family and esp the granny are 'responsible' for producing this refined man, for sure. I subscribe without a shadow of a doubt.
If you listen, he reveals he is not from an aristocratic family. He is quite talented and a gentle soul. I am very glad I found him! I have been to England twice and I highly recommend traveling there after this horrid pandemic is over. I would love to see Edinburgh too!
@@vegetariansuniteworldwide8091 Dear vegetarian, what does it have to do with you and your assumptions abt my knowledge of ppl, and Nicolas in particular?😉 Be attentive - I wrote that a month ago. *Btw, I've slightly changed my mind now. However, I still follow this channel just for further research purposes - it's my right, isn't it?✌🌈
@@mahimakalla1861👍 Whether you are ironic or not, I agree with you. *Especially after I heard his natural😉 voice reaction when the camera fell down (in the blooper) 😂
You are beautiful Nicholas, aesthetically and in your heart and soul. I'm a 68 year old woman from Michigan in the US. I'm so glad that I happened on one of your videos. I've been having a Nick Fairford binge watch lol. Be well, stay safe and please give your sweet Sophie a little ear scratch for me.
I adore the fact that you taught yourself into good taste, it is not necessary to go to design school when you have that ability. Congratulations, you have a delicious way of enjoying life, and that is the most important lesson we all can learn. Greetings from Chile.
Good breeding -- like good genes -- will always show! I'm so glad that I got a YT recommendation about tea today! Subscribed and Favorited! Warmest regards from the U.S.A.!
My goodness…you are certainly a natural talent. Your calm, soothing, relaxing way of speaking and your detailed descriptions make everything sound elegant. Plus, your diction and grammar is impeccable. I can see a future with a Nicholas Fairford lifestyle brand of various items (linens, tableware, teas, books, skincare…the possibilities are certainly endless). :o)
I’m from Colombia living in the US for the last 10 years... It’s a really nice place full of wonderful people. People never cease to amaze me here with their generosity and hospitality.
That velvety voice and tone! The accent combined with the 'rate of speech' and especially the 'elocution' - is absolute perfection. This is oh so rare in the world these days. And one more reason so many of us watch.
A pleasure to listen to your voice, the way you make use of every day living , you have a wondrfull eye for beauty, I notice how you are aware, of the simple things , that bring you joy, To sit with a china cup and saucer for your tea, only one small thing , but look how it works, you are a true pleasure, You will go far in life, bless you, I love all your videos.
You can’t teach what comes naturally. You were born with an passion, talent and refinement that, I’m sure, will continue to make yours and the lives of others more beautiful. Welcome to UA-cam.
I love you calm demeanor. You are bringing beauty and harmony into this crazy chaotic world we seem to be living in. Keep doing what you are doing. We need more people like you bringing balance to our environment. Thank you. It's important to bring a sense of civility and humaness back into our culture.
My Grandmother, who I just lost in December at age 98, was my biggest influence as a child. She loved antiques and interior design too. I definitely inherited my love of beautiful things from her.
A very very long time ago I worked for a Fashion Designer (JEAN MUIR...... collection in Edinburgh Museum) . She was - like you - famously self taught . I too had the same experience as your friend at the Design School - and often think that Design Schools put too much emphasis on “trendy” contemporary design . JEAN MUIR is a legend and so I would say you are on the right path !!! BEST of ALL you deserve in achieving more and more success in your dreamy life !!
I never comment on youtube videos. But your channel is extra special. The way you present things, the way you speak , how you express your ideas is absolutely awsome. Its so relaxing to listening to what you say. Also thank you for your positive attitude in every clip you do ..
“I swear you have stepped out of a Jane Austen Novel and I’ve died and gone to heaven. “ Your so soothing and calming to listen to. You are definitely an old soul, and I can listen to you all day long. Your friends and the people you are around on a daily basis, are so lucky!
Dear Nicolas, I have recently discovered you and what a delight to watch your channel. You will have such a wonderful future! I love that you plan around having Sophie with you! I do this with my little poodle. You are the quintessential creative person. I am so happy that you did not let education ruin your creative person! I am a senior citizen in the US and so enjoy your views. I am literally changing the entire decorating of my home to a more traditional style. You are so helpful in my journey!!
Nicolas you are such a lovely soul and your voice is so calming. You don’t have to go to a design school to be great at it. You were born with a gift....just knowing what is right. Its your passion and your self taught. As a young child you began to hone your skills, and probably are an old soul. I feel so blessed to have found your channel. I just love your style and elegant demeanor....much love from the USA.❤️
I too “stumbled” on one of your videos and was captivated by your peaceful voice and person. Your confidence and kindness shine out. I loved how you emphasized not being in a hurry ... to take time to eat dinner on a nice plate,etc.... and how it doesn’t pay to get angry and doesn’t solve anything. I love your living room and your bedroom😊. Thank you for making these videos.
What joy you are bringing to our lives! As a retired decorator, to whom everything in life is The Elegant Art Of... (much like your lovely neighbor) I am thrilled you have found your calling. Sending blessings and smiles from We The People once again in the US.
Nicolas, I am from Brazil and I speak Portuguese. I am studying English and always searching for videos to improve my listening. Yesterday I came across with one of your videos and a loved it. I can understand almost 75/80% of what you speak. Nicolas, this is Just to say how nice is to learn English at the same time I am listening to so nice person as you. Thanks.
I admit, i just found your channel and I cannot stop watching! You are giving me the confidence to be myself. My parents did not have much but raised my sisters and I to be “ladies” with an upbringing that required us to always be thoughtful and respectful. No one was this way and I was so ashamed for a long time but as I’m getting older, I find myself retreating back to some behavior I have picked up as I was growing. I love tea, floral arrangements, stationary, simplicity in interior decorating, etc. no one has these interests anymore. Thank you for giving me the assurance and boost to be me ❤️
There once was a beautifully elegant English Rose 🥀,that grew in the heart of the Midlands. His elegant beauty was unappreciated, which made him very sad. So he decided to spread his wings , and leave the midlands. He wanted to spread his elegant beauty , to other parts of the United Kingdom. Much to the joy , and adoration of all he met. This beautifully elegant English Rose 🥀, had at last found his purpose. Which made the beautifully elegant English Rose , happy at last. The world became a more beautifully elegant place , for having known him. 🥀
WOW....😊😊😊 I had a Gentleman write a poem about me. I think it was 🤔🤔 1993 ? But this ONE; is very insightful and thoughtful in regard to Nicolas's persona. You should write poetry as a " side job" .
Hi, I am an older lady, well not ancient yet, 😂😂 I live in North Yorkshire and have been obsessed with interiors all my life. My family laugh at me as I’m constantly rummaging in antique shops, charity shops etc. Always painting furniture, making cushions etc. My family have got used to the house constantly changing 😂😂 Your design flair is absolutely beautiful. I can see I will soon be making a few changes yet again before long. All the best to you, don’t let anyone change your ideas. You are going to go far 👍🌷 Ps. I trust you know about the Young Fogey movement, it is not an insult, it’s the opposite. Look it up I think you’ll find it interesting.👍
You're such a refreshingly honest person. I love the way you've become a designer, create content, share, and continue to educate yourself. I love you videos. I learn something from each one!
I love your voice, the tone, inflection, enunciation. I could listen to you tell stories all day! And to my American midwestern ears, you sound so "upper crust", so elegant. To me, you are royalty. :)
I am going to pay more attention to your skin routine because for a 30 year old your skin is bouncy and flawless. Thought you were way younger. Lucky you! Love from France 🇫🇷
I love the way you ve forged such a pure, passionate path into design. Well done😊 Btw I agree with the comment regarding your calm demeanor. Its so lovely.

(2) Your opening title sequence with your stunningly dressed bright green & white lattice console table with your beautiful bird🐦, bugs🐛 & botanical🍃 lamps. (3) 🎼Your gentle music selection at the start. Well done! 👏👏👏 ps 🤗Enjoy seeing the above console table merchandised in a variety of pleasing ways on your vlog/blog. ⬆️Although the above mentioned set-up might be my ☄favorite☄ of them so far. ~~~~~~~~~~ 👨🏫Please consider adding a styling tutorial to your future schedule. Appreciate 👖fashion stylists that demonstrate styling "hits & misses." It gives those designed challenged folks (like myself) helpful info to assess why some visual cues work while others do not. Would love a "show & tell" using your beloved possessions to illustrate best ways to dress a specific surface. Bonus: You can use it to cover design guidelines like scale/proportion, levels, symmetry, impact of other visual lines, #s for showcasing collections (3s, 5s, 7s), rotation, etc. (😉Not a designer, but am well studied📖 on the subject!) 1) Maybe style it 3 ways in a "good, better, best" scenario where you explain your reasoning behind each look. Challenge your viewers to decide the order of what's most appealing to them. These preferences are all subjective. 2a) Or, do a "fail or prevail" scenario. Show a set-up of common mistakes ppl make when displaying their things. Contrast that by next staging how to show those same things off to better advantage. 2b) 😍Adore that you are a maximalista, but you could style some minimalist looks too. If you're gonna show off less, ppl tend to forget that you gotta go bigger. 😭Looks sad with something tiny on a sizeable surface. Thx for your consideration! ☮💛🌼
Very much enjoying your ideas and style. Love the fact that your granny had such an influence on your growth into your lifestyle. God bless our elders- that set us into our paths in life. I had an aunt that always stressed the importance of a ‘proper ‘ bed. So.. no matter what your day has been like. That way you always have a beautiful spot to end your day. Thank you for bringing your wonderful life into ours. 😍
@@elainejohnson796 where are you from? Are you implying that he is not sophisticated, or just stating the fact that is not a remarkable trait to bring up as often as Americans do? Who do you call Americans, USA citizens or inhabitants from America the continent? How did you come out with this result?
Dear Nicolas, I know that I am commenting on an old video of yours. But the things you said in it are very important to me, because I am somewhat lost in my own situation right now, I don't know how I want to live or who I want to be, how to make myself happy again and create my own life as I would choose and love it. But as soon as you spoke about your inner calmness and how to take time for things that just make you happy, I completely related and found a glimpse of peace in myself again. How you spoke about what you love. And how you approach interior design by asking yourself why this or that is such a pleasure. You seem to have always followed your own truth and sense of joy. And that has been undoubtedly the powerful source of all the beautiful things you are experiencing now. You created that life of yours by constantly following your bliss. Thank you for your new and old videos, thank you for being an unforgettable inspiration. All the best to you from Germany
You are exactly right about design school, I have an interior design degree and I completely agree with you Nicholas. They did want us all to focus on modern, whereas my style preference is classic.
Hello Nicolas, you're an absolute delight ! I would enjoy seeing more ways you create every day elegance. I especially can't wait to see your design style for Christmas. I'm excited to learn how to bring comfort & joy to our hurried scurried lives. Thank you for starting your UA-cam channel. I look forward to many years of inspiration. Love & Hugs, Meme
I love your honesty , as an unashamed demeanor , whose background as being proud of your up bringing even though you were not well heeled and had no qualifications in interior decorating, but full of passion, that you put into practice and are now reaping recognition and enjoying the valuable benefits it brings.
Your presence on UA-cam is refreshing. I love your calm, quiet manner and the innate elegance that surrounds you. I appreciate your love of classic design and look forward to more content!
I think in your resume, you must say that you have a natural talent for design. An “Eye” for comfort as well as elegance. Your rooms are always so soothing & inviting as well! You are a pleasure to watch & also to learn from.
Keep living beautifully, and stay creative. Life loves you, and you have so much to share with so many people. You are quite a delight. Thank you for the videos.
What a sweet, wise young man. I an really old now but still love beautiful things. I have had two Shi sues sp. over my life and think they are the sweetest dogs in the world. So loving and gentle and loyal. I really miss not having one now. I am so glad I found your channel. ❤️from New Zealand.
Good for you Nicolas! I attended Pratt Institute many years ago and all the professors were interested I was contemporary design. I couldn’t abide there and went out on my own.
He literally puts me to sleep and I mean this in the kindest way possible. Like I imagine him reading an audiobook or having a podcast where he reads stories or something. It'd be amazing
Just a small query, If you had to start decorating a completely empty flat, what are the things you would add for decor to give a more polished and sophisticated look??
I know my son was actually in a band for about a decade. Then after that ended he was trying to figure out if he should go to school for marketing. Instead of doing that he just started marketing himself. Which also led to photography. He learned both exactly the same way you did. He never spent one penny on college!
Thank you Nicholas, you have remind me how beautiful life should be... You put a smile in everyone who watches your videos. Keep the amazing and sophisticated work. I enjoy tons everything!
Your videos are a zen moment in my life. I've had a tough several years, and although I am very grateful for the good things in my life, there are quite a few things bringing my spirits down. It's easy to get a bit jaded, and regret certain past choices. Your videos are so beautiful - they have helped me reconnect with the beauty and calm I had when I was younger. Making space for beauty and light helps us see that there is hope. It sounds corny perhaps, or superficial, but in my experience it truly does lift one's spirits. Thanks for sending a ray of light and peace back into my life, your channel is wonderful. - The best to you from a fellow tea aficionado
I thought you were no more than 24 years old with an old soul! I’m probably your parents’ age. I find you mature/ wise beyond your years. Hope you continue sharing your knowledge, wishing you success and happiness. Love your style

How absolutely charming, just a delightful insight into you without being too intrusive. I really loved your little tips such as using your 'best' crockery and using flowers to decorate your home. Thank you so much, I look forward to your next video.
I also appreciated his simple tips this episode on ☄living more elegantly☄. ☺I was moved that he didn't let his background stall him from his pursuit of beauty. Nor did he allow his lack of formal education in interior design stop him either. 💖Love the fact he honed his own artistic vision by 📚reading up on what other experts he admired had to say on the subject. I imagine he embraced what resonated within himself. Some things he might've put on a back burner to revisit again at a later date. There are other notions he likely completely discarded. It is admirable for him to promote life-long learning in this setting. 🎓Even when you have a degree, life can get rather limiting if we're not keeping up with new information & innovations. In this unsettling season of 😷unrest☑, 💀political negativity,☠deplorable lack of civility in public discourse, many hunger for a return to diplomacy & manners. His calmness, certainty & serenity is like a soothing balm😊. Gifted designers will sometimes play 😈devil's advocate challenging our long held beliefs. They can open our eyes & thinking in new ways🙃. 😔They sometimes help others identify & remove our 🚧roadblocks why we feel we cannot do something. 🗣The negative voices that say: "I don't deserve it. I wasn't raised like that. I cannot afford it. I wouldn't know what to do." And, so on. ⛾As he suggested, almost anyone can buy a nice vessel for their tea or coffee. Or, splurge on a single place setting at a minimum🍽. Many of us do not use a 💧dishwasher or have servants, so we have to 🖐hand wash💦 anyway. If fine China represents elegance to you, by all means you should use it every day. 😎It can be a luxury to buy high-end quality items brand new, but fortunately there are outlets & sales🛒. Plus, there are 🛠ways🖌 to make what you can afford (or currently own) look a 💰million bucks. 😝Despise designers that want you to toss everything out & start anew every cycle🗑. 🚩It does seem empty to pursue a design goal you'll never quite win bcos those stakes keeping changing🏁. 🌎Nor does it seem good for our planet to be so wasteful. 😁Seeking a sense of classic timelessness & developing a willingness to build our style over time are worthy goals. I agree with him that getting rid of everything for all new possessions can feel phoney, staged, & a bit soulless🤤. 💖Love that he encourages us to savor things that have a bit of dinge. He respects the provenance of all things, not just of antiques & vintage goods. The chronology of custody of our possessions is interesting. It can reveal a lot about us. 😍He values things that have been lovingly collected &/or inherited. I respect that he's managed to create a lovely home using his instincts, ingenuity & determination. 🦉It is wise of him to encourage others to enjoy their best life now. He's a young man who has prioritised his aesthetic. His own research has likely strengthened his own design & fashion sensibilities. He's creating his own traditions. Found out what works for him. Thankfully, he's showing that being single doesn't mean you cannot have a rich & varied life. 📦Storing everything away for some special occasion doesn't always make sense. 🤗Nicolas Fairford, who is fair of face & manner, clearly understands beauty & what is pleasing to the eye⚱. 🙏Hope he does share more tips on styling. Find it helpful to see examples of how others put different 🗿elements🏺 together for a pleasing tableau. Maybe how to find, define, or refine personal style. I suspect he has a lot to share on both the decor & fashion front when it comes to his personal philosophy. 🤔Look forward to watching him find & develop his unique 📺YT voice, perspective & content for this channel. Already his 🎦multi-media💻 skills have shown improvement👍. Something tells me it will be 🤹♀️exciting🤸♀️ to 👀watch his continued 💪 growth and success🏆. I found this channel today and UA-cam has been suggesting me videos. This is a hidden pearl on the internet, inspiring, motivational, bringing beauty, peace and wisdom into people's lives. Beautiful wise old soul ❤ PS: for those who asked about skincare since Nicolas looks much younger than 30, I thought I'd share another great tip which is sleeping on one's back. I myself turn 37 soon and I guarantee that habit makes a huge difference. And if anyone needs help getting used to it there are special pillows which prevent you from turning sideways.
You have the instinct for design. You seek out and learn, which is what we should do with everything. You are a natural learner and you pass it along to us!
I love design too and like to teach myself lots about it. I'm also an Aquarian and love Italy. Architecture books really inspire me as well as nature. The colour schemes in nature usually end up in my home. I love white in my bedding..so crisp and fresh. Just found you on UA-cam and enjoying so far!
Welcome to Scotland Nicolas. I hope you get a chance to visit the many beautiful places here. You have an eye and you can’t get that through study. My wee granny used to say to me, you are one of those people who CAN make a silk purse out of a sows ear. ❤️

Nicolas, I stumbled across one of your videos this evening and I am so glad I did! You are a breath of fresh air - calm, quietly confident, charismatic, sophisticated, down to earth and modest. You have really cheered me up, thank you so much.
Thank you Nicholas that was so interesting and answered so many questions about yourself. So looking forward to many more videos especially the Christmas decorations. By the way your parents must be very proud of you being self taught and successful.
Hello from Australia.. What a wonderful young man you are. The world needs more beautiful humans like you. Thank you for sharing your life. Your videos really make my day and I always look forward to watching them.
Thank you for this! You are a trendsetter and I am glad you so kindly answer people's questions. Your content sparks something in my soul. And it looks like you inspire many others as well. I love how accessible you make beauty and elegance, and how you effortlessly incorporate it into your life. I absolutely agree that design and creativity is in one. One can go to school, but if they don’t have it in them, it won’t work. It’s an important benefit to have that talent.
Dear Nicolas, I am always looking forward to see your new videos, your beautiful taste and eye for details are a great inspiration for me, you have created a Presence and persona which is admirable you are precious, warm Greetings from Vienna, Max.

Thank you for sharing your life with us. A little about me, I am old and live in Massachusetts, U.S.A. and I just found your videos. I love your soothing manner. This great-grandmother is a huge fan.
I admire the honesty in your answers. Self taught is amazing. You have TALENT and YES, you cannot teach that. There is absolutely no way you look your age either! I thought you were 24 at the most! And we appreciate the background history. Not many are honest. Thank you for everything!
That is so kind! Thank you!
These things are essential.
totally agree
Yes , I feel the same , I was meant to find this channel !
I just found you ! I subscribed ... you are an amazing gentleman ! God bless
Hi Nicholas,
I am currently a professor at an interior design school in Southern California.
So interesting to hear your perspective! Thanks for your kind comments!
Great comment, generous and true.
What a nice post, professor! Talent can come from life experience. We are learn in different ways. Peace.
His way of speaking is so calming
So glad you enjoyed it!
I’d like him to read bedtime stories for me.
Yes it is wonderful to listen to him
I absolutely LOVE the lack of pretension.
Aww this is so lovely! Thank you!

Well done, Mr. Fairford. I would suggest that you start planning your first book about living with beauty. I will buy one, certainly.

👨🏫Please consider adding a styling tutorial to your future schedule.
(😉Not a designer, but am well studied📖 on the subject!)
1) Maybe style it 3 ways in a "good, better, best" scenario where you explain your reasoning behind each look.

Many of us do not use a
💧dishwasher or have servants, so we have to 🖐hand wash💦 anyway.

@@cheetyliciousmeowmeow1085 I am so lucky. My son is an old soul like he is. He is very special. He’s just 15.
I found this channel today and UA-cam has been suggesting me videos. This is a hidden pearl on the internet, inspiring, motivational, bringing beauty, peace and wisdom into people's lives. Beautiful wise old soul ❤
PS: for those who asked about skincare since Nicolas looks much younger than 30, I thought I'd share another great tip which is sleeping on one's back.
Thank you so much x
Welcome to Scotland Nicolas. I hope you get a chance to visit the many beautiful places here. You have an eye and you can’t get that through study. My wee granny used to say to me, you are one of those people who CAN make a silk purse out of a sows ear. ❤️
Love it! Thank you so much
Hi Nicolas! I think you are wonderful and it’s very rare today to come across someone so young yet so wise, eloquent and elegant. I am Scottish but live in the Mediterranean and my dream is to visit Italy as I too enjoy the finer things in life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on various topics and I very much look forward to watching and listening to you. Your accent is exquisite and I think you are a gentleman. Good day to you xxxx
Wow, thank you!
‘The pleasure of my life is to make beautiful content.”
I didn't think I would enjoy this video as much as I did. It was fun, light and educational. Thanks for doing what you do.
Nicolas, I stumbled across one of your videos this evening and I am so glad I did! You are a breath of fresh air - calm, quietly confident, charismatic, sophisticated, down to earth and modest. You have really cheered me up, thank you so much.
How are you doing 😊😊👋😊
I admire people with natural talent. Good on you, Nicolas!
Thank you Nicholas that was so interesting and answered so many questions about yourself. So looking forward to many more videos especially the Christmas decorations. By the way your parents must be very proud of you being self taught and successful.
That is really kind! Thank you! X

Hello from Australia.. What a wonderful young man you are. The world needs more beautiful humans like you. Thank you for sharing your life. Your videos really make my day and I always look forward to watching them.
How are you doing 😊😊👋
Thank you for this! You are a trendsetter and I am glad you so kindly answer people's questions. Your content sparks something in my soul. And it looks like you inspire many others as well. I love how accessible you make beauty and elegance, and how you effortlessly incorporate it into your life. Your Q&A makes you even more accessible and I am so happy you appear so down to earth and not at all snobby. Your beauty shines from the inside out! Thank you for bringing me out of my "basic" girl slump with your content! I swear, I never gush over random UA-camrs (in fact, never comment on anything lol) but you have me in fan girl mode. Can't wait to see you on HGTV one day.
Such a lovely thing to say - so glad you enjoy my videos!
It was really nice to get to know more about you. I'm from the US, so it would be lovely to have you come and visit! 💌 love everything about you! Style, mannerism, voice, etiquette, etc. Keep going my friend! ❤
Looking forward to the Christmas special!!
Can't wait!
Yeah that seems great!
How are you doing 😊😊👋😊
