Thank you for taking the time to make this video and post it. The job isn’t very difficult, but I would have had NO idea where to insert all of the wire hanger tabs without your help. The instructions that come with the harness are not helpful at all in that regard. Also, when fishing the wire down through the hole in the bottom of the taillight compartment, I found it was easier to just remove the foam entirely and replace it once the wire was all the way through. Thanks again for this video. 👍
My father did it, but forgot to disconnect the battery. He is dead now. Thank you for your video, it saved me time to figure out how to do it properly. By the way, my father got cancer and died at 65. This is a message for +50; don't hesitate to see a doctor if something is wrong with your health. Prostate check up is not painful and take less time than an oil change. If you 'fear it', just do it for your loved ones. Love from Montréal
Thanks for the tutorial. Glad to see the Quadratec harness is a simple plug and play install. They have great products but the instructions are sometimes a bit on the light side.PS. Jeeps and Huskies go hand in hand! I refer to mine as the "Husky Hauler"
See the seam between the back panel and the side quarter panel. That joint has rusted out on both sides. Don't be afraid to rust-check behind both taillights
thanks for the video, have you tried the turn signals after connecting this to your trailer? i am wondering if both turn signals would work on the trailer, since you connected it to the driver side tail light harness, probably only the driver side turn signal would work and the passenger side wont...
I have after market LED tail lights. when i hook my trailer up after about an hour or so the resistor heats up and blows my stock 15 Amp fuse...... anyone else had this issue?
Great install! Thanks for the compliments and we're glad you're happy with how easy it was to install your hitch and wiring.
How long will it take you to ship this item? I have heard horror stories about quadratech shipping
these videos seem simple they help a lot, didnt know how the harness was routed, Many Thanks

This is so much better than the Curt kit that has no looming or clips and also you have to drill a ground screw as well.
Great video. You just sold me on this. I am ordering it. And I subscribed to your channel. I have a 2016 wrangler sport.
+nyc_jeep_wrangler good to hear

Thank you so much for this video. I was able to hook mine up just by watching this by myself
I'm glad you disconnected the battery, that voltage running through your signals can be deadly. 😂😂😂

+Jim Stocking yea buddy
Thanks, I only needed to know how jeep roughts the wire bundle tooth sides. #1question. Is that connection a 4 point straight or 7 circular??
Since it’s connected to the tail light will it work for both left and right turn signals?
Hi! Are you interested in testing new LED tail lights forJK?
