Very rare to see Djokovic in the wrong place, position and even off-balance, not sure whats going on whether its a conditioning or injury issue or over-playing but The Demon is never a joke to play, Alex is a superb athlete with legendary stamina and brilliant skill, any player has to be on top of their game to beat him, Novak just wasnt at the top of his game here, a rarity indeed.
Novak wanted 10 days on his own before important Australian Open, he takes his Serbia appearance as second fiddle. Don't take seriously his performance V DeMinoir!
Last Man Standing Djokovic is absolutely impressive... considering that the United Cup (as so many other tournaments in the circuit) is a kind of warm up some money making tournament in between real important tournaments, and that Nole it's focused in winning where it "really" matters, still we can see that Djokovic delivers solid and he is relaxed on court. Alex is not an exceptional player, but he is great player at 24, never won any really important tournament or Grand Slam but he still has time and might be able to do it.
2:05 we need more angles like these during play, instead of that boring courtside angle that's always used. this angle really puts into perspective how fast the ball is going and how huge the court really is. i like the usual angle, but make it more exciting.
8:05 This could be the greatest point de Minaur has yet played in his life. Amazing. Any one of those gets all by itself against Djokovic would be an accomplishment. To string three of them together consecutively and come out on top, that's spectacular.

Everyone saw that the moment you stop Novak Djokovic from anticipating your hits, he becomes so weak 😂 Even a no name can defeat him . All Djokovic knows is to anticipate and read the play of his adversers. The moment Djokovic cannot follow up your game, he is not. I never considered him as a big player of Tennis. Alex maybe hit the weight room a little bit. Get a little more power. Djoker was pretty disturbed at losing this. You can see it really is bothering him. Maybe the wrist, maybe not.
