Huh, thanks for the video. I am actually on their discord but at least looking at that it seemed like much less was done. I assumed that still only the 1-6 content was actually done and more or less nothing in terms of mobs and quests beyond that. Nice to see that they are actually much farther along than I assumed. I will still wait and hold out though. But it's actually amazing to see how much they prorgressed in those ~2 years.
Sadly no one is actually developing a private server. cmon devs announce one already. the nexus forever is nice but its just a test server we need a fully pledge private server or an official one would be nice.
Yes, They themselves wrote several times on discord that it is not, and was not supposed to be a "private server", it is just a "nostalgia project" and nothing more. It pisses me off too, but wildstar will probably never have private servers like WoW have.

its encrypted and no one had access to it, meaning they need to extract and rip the game apart which takes a looooong time.
