I'm glad you observed that God is not reckless! It always bothered me that my old church insisted on frequently singing the Cory Asbury song "Reckless Love (of God)." In all of eternity, God would never have been nor ever will be reckless.
I always mix up words when I am singing. Since I first heard this song I have used faithful not reckless. It was not on purpose but I like it better. Lol

I read my Bible in my home language (Afrikaans) and it is interesting that my Bible indicates Joseph as known to be the father of Jesus.... Thus the earthly father
You mentioned the 400 years of silence a couple of times. I heard something just last month that I had never thought of before. The minister was saying how he'd spoken with a rabbi friend of his who commented that the Jews don't see it as silence - or maybe it's Jewish believers, at the very least. Not sure. But he was saying that they see it as the Lord had said all He intended for the moment and He simply gave no NEW word. So the people continued to read what He had already said. They essentially did what they already knew to do until the Lord had something new to say, aka Jesus came on the scene. I thought, "Huh! That IS what we say too. Is God silent? Do the last thing He told you until He says something else!" It made sense to me. As a matter of fact, I had seen this same rabbi that this minister was talking about preach at a church I follow online. He said, "That blank page between the old and new testament. Rip it out!" I loved it. So I did! From all my Bibles, I think. So this is how I see it now too! 😄 FYI, is there an AB personality? That's me!
Thank you for this Bible study and am so grateful for Kanoe time and everything she puts into this. I would like to put in a prayer request; I am from Central Ohio. Just in September alone over fifty sch kids have gone missing and we need to pray for our babies and all these kids that they come home safe. Lets lift our kids up that our mighty God protect them as only he can in this time we are in amen. Cleveland Ohio I was seeing has had a crazy rise of missing.

This Bible Study has helped me so much since I found it and who you are and what you bring to the table is a big part of it! You’re like, the Bible study friend I wish I had in real life- lol! If people want to just listen to the Bible being read to them, there are audiobooks and also, the Bible App has that option in droves! (I use that when I am super tired and reading seems hard! Lol) Anyhow, I hope you read this because the world needs Kanoe and her Bible illustrating stories! As far as what you’re planning for next year- (and I’m pretty sure you do this anyway)- just ask God what changes to make, if any. He’s the One we all want to hear from anyway! A great big thank you for all that you are doing in bringing these Bible studies to us! I can’t even imagine how much time this takes! I found you in the spring of 2024. I am reading through the Bible for the first time. I loved your Bible study but was starting to feel like I needed to read something else after being in Gen for quite some time. I looked for your 2023 teachings starting in the NT because so many people have recommended starting here as a new reader. Your videos have been a huge help and you had me in tears by the end of today's study. Thank you. I wonder if you have considered a different reading plan for 2025 after you will have done the chronological one twice? Either way keep this up, its a need out here!
I love how you break down almost each sentence in every verse. I would love to see a video on how you got to this point in studying the Bible. It’s like you already have your notes to back what you read. I would love to learn to break the chapters and verses down like this for myself. Hopefully that makes sense

I work from D to A and then E and C haha. My husband is like yours, starts at A and works his way down to Z, he also gets off balans. He has his list in his head and if something comes along that is not on the list he is lost 😂
I have a world bible school study edition journaling bible can I write in it or do I have too use a journal or a regular notebook and can I write with a lit pencil ❤

I think it may have just been the way they were documenting it at the time. I don’t believe there is any significance in it being out of chronological order (as the Bible is out of chronological order in and of itself)

I am genuinely asking so that I can understand which part of the study you prefer not to listen to, and I humbly apologize if what I have to say is not valuable to you. I love to hear feedback to see how I can better streamline it for the majority 🤗 . I know my style isn’t for everyone, but that doesn’t mean I can’t try to improve. Appreciate your thoughts! ❤️ If you’re missing part of the reading, I will say that my commentary is very rarely longer than just a few minutes. I know this because I edit my videos. Maybe try fast forwarding just 2-3 minutes so you don’t go too far ahead.
