Oh man, I was pumped for this GaGa pack, surprisingly all the songs takes place in a music video stage and I even turned up the crowd noise because I thought maybe there was a chance of crowd sing-a-longs, but nope. We actually SRFC 3 out of the 4 songs, I believe. So yeah, they're easy tunes, but I really liked this pack. Elfson was gonna join us on vocals, but for some reason he just cannot connect to us. We can play GH fine and dandy, but RB is no dice.
We had to play this again because the first vid got screwed up. We actually did better on our SR's as a whole. Also I found the HO/PO chords to be a bit tricky and easy to screw up.

For the record I think this is a good song to have on Rock Band cause it shows they cater to most, if not, a lot of different music tastes. Its simple for the beginner players as well. I don't see why people hate her so much, I like her music. They obviously have to bawww cause they don't get more of their beloved death metal and such, its somewhat sad.
I think it's great how they have a wide range of music on Rockband. Some people might like the game and not the music, but now this is on it i'm seriously thinking about getting it
That's gotta be the most powerful sounding bass and drums I've heard in any song in Rock Band so far. What a strange week for Rock Band.
if i ever got to see lady gaga perform Bad romance at a concert, this is EXACTLY how i want to see it (minus the 3 instrument boards of course)
With the launch of RBN if a band really wants to be in Rock Band they can. HMX isn't depriving anyone of a chance to be in the game, they're actually more open than any other game. Go browse RBN and you'll find over a hundred songs that you don't hear on the radio or MTV all the time.

It's not censored because it's not a word Harmonix censors. In any other song it's censored in, the owner of the music gave Harmonix a censored master recording for whatever reason.

At this point Harmonix can put whatever they see fits in Rock Band. There is still the Rock Band Network that had 100 songs first day. We got Green Day: Rock Band and Rock band 3 coming out this year. No one can really complain about their choice in songs because there is so much DLC. By this point, if they dont have quite a few songs that you like, then maybe you yourself are the one that should diversify.

HMX reps have said recently that they've started to work closely with the ESRB and now have a better understanding on what keeps a T rating. Notice they've laid off of the heavy censoring lately.

@Pikaffix I was saying Harmonix needed money sarcastically to emphasize how much they're making cheap excuses these days. I understand that a major part of Rock Band's aim is to appeal to a wide audience, but remember that the gameplay still revolves around simulating playing instruments in a band. Charting a song for the game's core instruments that does not actually utilize the game's core instruments requires the mechanics of the game to be twisted to ridiculous and nonsensical extent.
Looks fairly easy on bass and guitar, drums looks fun to play though, nothing too cmoplicated just fun beats. Might download the Gaga pack eventually if I start playing the game more again

Definite blast to sing. Love this song and I agree, the yellow part was weird. Incredible song though, and I do admit I was pretty sketchy about Lady Gaga a few weeks ago but I can safely say this song has completely changed that. >_>

@gytis5454 Well, when they release the keyboard controller for Rock Band 3, there will be much more pop, classic rock and new wave songs.
I totally downloaded this and Poker Face.
I was just surprised on the songs they did put out though. I was expecting something like Brown Eyes, Again Again or Speechless. All three of which I would be equally pleased with!
The game is called rock band, but when you create a character to your band, there are Pop clothes and other style clothes, but there are Pop clothes, so why can't we play pop music in the game? I think the Gaga's pack is amazing! because I don't like all the songs in the game but I love this songs! And if you don't like LADY GAGA just don't play her songs.

Sony America updates the store every Thursday. Lately it's be updated about 7 to 8 p.m central time on Thursday. I'm waiting just like all the PS3 owners. I wish Sony would update the store on Tuesday like Nintendo and MS.

@crackedheretic That and a lot of people requested it too. That is how they choose what songs to put in the game. And what wrong with a cash in? There is never enough money. It does make the world go round.

i laughed when i saw that they put lady gaga on rock band, then i though hey at least they are doing more Diverse music, cause it used to be all Emo and Heavy Rock Band (as you expect from the title) but the Majority of people that have rockband are normally everyday people, so Rock Band is trying to appeal to everyone with it DLC now

Those are for the kids that play it. Besides, when they put Spongebob or Lady GaGa on the store, they always put something else on there. What you don't like, somebody else will. Plus, Rock Band Network has plenty of Rock, Metal, and other songs on it.
