If you didn't know, "stone" is an old english weight measurement, and 1 stone is equal to 14 pounds. Rosie had 42 inch bust, 39 inch waist and 56 inch hips and weighed 266 pounds.

Sorry, but I have to disagree. Around that time (especially early 80s), the metal underground was already stewing up death metal, thrash metal, speed metal and black metal.
@@tofu_golem just cause the music has more distortion does NOT mean they rocked harder lol. I will agree that Metallica live during the 80s was on par.
Well, nobody rocks harder than AC/DC even today. This is from 2009... others may be faster, louder - but no band reach AC/DC in their tightness... nil achive this level of live-perfection... this is it why they were and still are the best Live-Band on this planet.
I’ll tell you one thing, nobody had better riffs and/or solos.

According to Malcolm Young (Rhythm Guitar player and Angus’ brother), When they were struggling and didn’t have money for regular meals, he was invited for a home cooked meal but he had to bring another band member for the girl’s roommate, Rosie, who was a big girl. He left that part out when he told Bon that two girls would make them dinner. Then, again - according to Malcolm’s televised interview from the early 1990’s, when the meal was over he ducked out and left Bon there to ‘Pay for the meal’. When Bon she in the next morning Malcolm asked him how things went and Bon said “That was a whole lotta Rosie.” The other thing a lot of people don’t realize is that Malcolm and Angus have always been in charge of the band, Malcolm even more so than Angus until he fell ill.
I remember hearing Malcolm say that he remembers seeing Bon and Rosie in the morning in a single bed and Bon squished up against the wall. Hahhaha makes me laugh everytime I think about it.

Watching now...I know some ACDC fans will want the original studio version as it's musically superior, but i wanted to capture a more recent ACDC show as those guys from Australia can still rock hard well into their later years. I've been to some of their shows, and can attest to the 'energy' the stadium of ACDC worshipers emit. Great reaction!!!!!!!!! Sincerely I loved your reaction so much. Bon Scott said that Rosie was too big to say no to and he was glad he didn’t. The first time I saw AC/DC I was16 in 1986. Rocked so hard it took three days to recover. And I ran 10ks And swim every day at the time. They’re just too much fun. Loved it.❤️😀👍✌️🌼Love and peace.

Van Halen? Audio Slave? Black Sabbath? Rainbow? Pink Floyd? Alice in Chains? They all had more than 1 front man and still stayed successful. AC/DC is great though!
The Beatles had two front men both at the same time. Manfred Mann, who were massive in their day, had two frontmen at different times and had hits with both. Now the Manfreds play with both front men in one line up and are doing well for themselves. Marillion did very well with two frontmen on separate line-ups and, on a much more underground level, the Bonzo Dog Doo/Dah band had two front men at the same time.

I'm from Stralia home of AC/DC this is just the best feel good song no matter what you are doing or where you are and an anthem to our big beautiful ladies that come and go in our journey of life, and I saw them live 43 years ago.just awesome,.... love your energy, love your smile....you are a Rosie to someone, just beautiful.
AC/DC delivers 110% every time. Hopefully they will tour again so I can attend the show yet again. Been going to their shows since the early 80s. The crowds are always so great.
No matter how old they get, they really know how to put on a show. The crazy fans make this video a lot of fun, too.
You really need to do Bon Scott AC/DC songs with Bon Scott if you can.
Yeah, it's annoying that all the reactors to AC/DC songs use Brian videos rather than Bon even though there is plenty of footage of Bon out there.

The singer from the band Foghat, Dave Peverett (you reacted to IT HURTS ME TOO recently) , said during a live performance: "If you're not sweating, then its not rock n roll." I am still fairly new to this channel and I don't watch every last reaction video but this must be among the best reactions to date. At least of what I have seen so far. @Warren552011Yes, Savoy Brorwn became Foghat, sans Kim Simmonds at one point, if I remember correctly. Used to have all the Savoy Brown LPs as well.
I saw AC/DC a few times over the years, and they always put on an amazing show.

BTW: AC/DC is Australian. They use the same words and lingo as in the UK. Stone is a measure of weight like pounds or kilograms. One stone equals fourteen pounds. Rosie weighed 19 stone. 19 stone is 266 pounds. Rosie was a big girl.

My first experience of AC/DC was as a five or six year old in the early 80s. My cousin, who was a fair bit older than me, played me Big Balls. To this day I giggle like a stupid school boy when I hear that song!

56 inch hips. I know you will hear alot of people arguing about which was better , Bon Scott or Brian Johnson. I have listened to them for alot of years and I will say both are equally great. Bon was more flamboyant than Brian, but both both are such amazing front men. I have always loved this band and a few others because when they play you ""feel" the music.

Thank you K.S.O for doing AC/DC. I have 2 absolutely favorite bands in the whole world of rock. One being Deep Purple and the other is AC/DC. I am 67 years old today, Nov. 7, 2020. I have been listening to AC/DC since 1977 and I truly cannot get through the day without having my fix of Angus and the boys. One of the highest energy bands I know. And seeing your reaction I can yell you enjoyed it too. The energy that Angus and the crowd puts out is enough to light the city the size of L.A. Love it. You are a whole lot of woman and I mean that respectfully. I think you are so cool.

This has to be one of the best performances of all time. Add Rosie sitting on her steam train, and you got it all. Incidentally, about 10 years ago,I saw a young guitarist singer called Chantel McGregor perform this on UA-cam, in what seemed to be a UK pub. Boy did she play a great version of it, at about age 21.
