Unfortunately, we both came down with mild cases of covid just before the Thanksgiving dinner onboard, so couldn't fully enjoy the experience, but appreciated our prem. deluxe aft balcony while we self-isolating. We were on this cruise with you, although didnt see you. This was one of the best cruises we have ever had and we have been on 30+ so thats saying something. We are so happy to be back to Princess now that our kids are grown and we can get away from the RCL, NCL, etc.
If you're stopping in Tortola be sure and do some kind of excursion, get out and about. The island was beautiful and laid back. Not much at pier area, up and out is the way to go.

I have searched the entire Princess website but can't find out what time you get to board the ship. Somewhere I read that if you have a suite you can board early. True?
QUESTION: As one who has done so many ships, would you say that the crew are more important than the ship in defining one's experience? Are the ships cosmetically all decorated differently, but at the core all roughly the same or are there significant physical differences that have large impact on your experience? With the year of experience, I would think that there are core designs that are known to work and cruise lines stick to them and only toy with the "edges" such as atrraction on top, and obviously toy with decor. For instance, would the experience aboard a Virgin boat be different because of the boat, or because of atmosphere created on the boat by the crew? Put in a Cunard crew on a Virgin ship, and would the experience become similar to that of the Queen ship?
Well, I was on this cruise and ran into Don in the buffet. We are Princess Elite, and it has been many cruises since I was impressed by anything on Princess. However, I have to agree with Don; the food was lot better than my last experience on the Regal; great shows, great service, did the 360 experience, very unique; second time on the Enchanted fabulous ship…
I was on this cruise with you and said a quick hello after one of the shows. It’s a great ship, with great food everywhere we went. Lots of choices at the buffet. The shows were great. This was our 30th cruise and the second on Princess. The bar service however was not good. It took a long time to get a drink and I always had to go to the bar myself. I asked for a Merlot one time and the bartender looked at the back bar and grabbed a glass already full of wine covered by a paper tissue and handed it to me. It had obviously been there that way for hours. It was undrinkable. On embarkation day, I could not get a drink on the pool deck, I gave up. I’m still kinda shocked they served me that wine.
We have been on Enchanted a few times now and agree it is a great ship. The one thing we would say is that the venue Princess Live is too small. The popular game shows take place in there and it creates massive crowds in the hallways. However this seems to be a problem with a lot of these big ships, the venues can not cope with the amount of people that want to sit and enjoy the performances, their size has not kept up up with the ship's capacity.

Have done this cruise three times.Always very good. Only problem was last cruise we missed Maui because of the fire. Went to Kona instead, and that was bad.
Just returned from the cruise. Food was only "ok" alot of staff wouldnt look at you nor smile. Room attendant was poor. Loved the entertainment director "Jodi" would I do the Canada cruise again. Probably not. Too many other options
I officially paid off my New England Cruise, so I guess I'm locked in. This is Cruising's last chance to wow me and turn me into an avid Cruiser. As long as the weather cooperates, this should be a great trip. Really port heavy. :)
Just off the Enchanted. Agree with everything you said...except the food in the main DR. So so. Desserts mediocre in DR and buffet. What on earth happened to the Love Boat dream dessert? Service by waiters Charen and Chris was outstanding!
Where you on Enchanted when it went to Purto Rico on the 23rd of April as we saw you walking towards the ship but another Carnival ship was next to ours and assumed you where on that. You have vanished before I realised it who it was!!
We sailed on Enchanted Princess, last September, from Rome to Barcelona. We loved it better than Holland America Nieuw Statendam. Food is better. Service was great

Hope the show Sky 5 is still on what a great show. Crown Grill the best, avoid Sabatinas the restaurant is open to piazza which is very loud.

Iam on the Celebity Beyond. It is a great ship with great staff. We do the Retreat cleaned it is above and beyond incredible.
