Considering there are so many squat types, which would be slightly better than the others? 🤔Be it for flexibility, endurance or something else. Also, maybe some follow along / tips for agility / stretching? I remember how to do some of the kata, and moves from the time I was doing Kyokushin karate, but I can barely lift my legs nowadays ;s

      Thanks for the good question.
Actually, there is a squat type workout that I forgot to mention when I was taking the video, and that is the Bulgarian squat🏋️‍♀️
This squat is done on one leg, so it's a better workout for the adductor muscles and a little finer lower body than a regular squat, and I recommend it for karate as well, because it's very practical!
And most importantly, the best way to train is to make simple training work with correct form.
Because there are many good-looking workouts, but without the basics, I often see people training ineffectively no matter how hard they try.
If you use correct form and are aware of negative movements, your muscles will respond very well and allow you to improve your flexibility without straining your joints.
There are lots of workouts to increase flexibility, but I'd suggest training to increase hip and shoulder blade flexibility first.
