This seams to be a genuine solid martial art for a woman to know. Much better making them delusional thinking that they can take on a strong violent man without some sort of weapon.
Even with how obviously deadly this sht is, there's no way she'll grandmaster it. She's never gonna have the strength to swing that stick any harder or faster against a reasonably strong. She almost definitely wouldnt be able to take a hit as hard as a grown man could. She could still master the art but she would never be as deadly with it as a man would be. Its just how it is. She would be able to teach it to other people, but the men she would teach it to would smoke her once they got good. In a lot of places back in the day, women would only learn genuine self defense that would eventually lead to escape. Nowadays women in martial arts think they're as strong as men and that is just not, and never will be the case. The reason only men learned offensive martial arts is because they were the protectors of those societies.
