Καλημέρα, καλημέρα 😊 of course you can. If you touch your screen you will find this button CC. If you click it, you don't have the subtitles. You can do this in any video. Also, if you click the 3 dots on the right, you can change the subtitles from english to greek.
What about Passive verbs / voices in the future?
Are they the same as the present tense but with θα in front ?

There are more than 3 tenses in passive.Paratatikos is ALSO possible.
Yes, but every greek verb has 2 stems :present and past. If you know these and the endings of every tense then you made it. In Spanish it's the same. For παρατατικός you need to keep the stem of present. Don't be frustrated 😊😊😊
