A beautiful presentation, Claudia! I do it pretty much the same way, except I mix the spices with some olive oil to make a paste. Then I can massage the spices over AND under the skin. I find the flavors penetrate the thighs more thoroughly. Thanks for your work! 👍🤗
A nice twist in Jerk chicken. I will add scotch bonnet pepper and all spice berries but that me. I like how there is no blending machine and it’s a one pot dish. Thanks Claudia! I’m doing this soon. ❤
"Wow, Claudia! Your jerk chicken and rice recipe is an absolute delight to watch and follow along. Your step-by-step instructions make it seem so easy to recreate this flavorful dish, and the combination of spices you've used is mouthwatering. I appreciate the one-pan approach, making it convenient for a delicious meal without too much cleanup. The marinating technique and searing process for the chicken thighs are fantastic tips that I'll definitely use. The final result looks incredibly appetizing - tender chicken, perfectly seasoned rice, and colorful veggies. Thank you for sharing your passion for cooking with us! Can't wait to try this recipe for my family. 🌟🍽"
Made this last night and it was so good! I definitely recommend quadrupling the spices and putting it into a mason jar for future use since there's just so many spices. The prep took a while but cooking it was extremely easy. :)
It looks delicious, but, ‘jerk chicken’ is not a stove top cooking recipe.. it’s the process with which it’s cooked.. over a grill🇯🇲, I’m not saying your recipe isn’t good, it looks delicious.. but jerk is not only about the ‘seasoning’ it’s much more..
