Heard that this is happening to a lot of people. There is nothing to do ATM. Respawn might fix it later

The cheapest it is, is abt 80 bucks. You can buy the 2 event bundles and get 2 skins and 10 packs then you have the free 2 packs saving you more money and can craft or buy the other 10 items
