There are memory techniques to translate numbers to real life characters'. I used that during my master's. It can be highly beneficial if someone learns it at 2nd mate level. There must be UA-cam videos, it takes around a week to prepare a mental system and you would good for life.

In solas, I found Annex 2 Solas is having certificates and documents required to be carried onboard not Annex 1. Kindly verify it and correct me if am wrong

Annex 1 is the right answer, annex 2 is list of resolutions adopted by the Solas conference.
