How to shine tires
Give your Tires a Deep, Black Shine that Lasts a Year Long
NEVER use tire shine AGAIN! Try THIS instead. meguiars hot shine luxury microfiber chemical guys vrp hawk pro detailing meguiars endurance - Навчання та стиль
I think pledge and thick shine were a tie. Olive oil did discolor the tire, or brought dirt to itself as brown patches. I think armor all did best. Thanks for the effort you put in to this video.
Phil, Thanks for the feedback. _Randomfix
Pledge was wiped off so it’s a failed experiment IMO
Very informative and unbiased test. Thanks for putting in the time to clear this up for us. Armor-All seems to be the winner here.
Great point!
Armor all foam looks the best
Armor all foam best winner
Thanks for your feedback
Thank you for the review
Thank you for your feedback, much apprecated!
Cool😉
Sorry for the late reply! did you find a solution?
Armor all is the winner. No doubt as far as i can judge watching the video.
Cool, thanks for sharing your opinion.
I have been using car plan tyre black paint but it's a bit expensive but it looks good.
Black paint? What kind of paint?
Thank you for that test. Very informative. I like the results from Amaral. And I liked how much your kids liked it too! :-) But tell me, did you wipe any of the foam off? Or did you just leave it to dissolve on its own?
I did not wipe any of the foam.
Armor all stayed the darkest the tape didn't even want to stick......meguiers tire black with the applicant brush is pretty good used to use it on my c5 years ago
Thank you for sharing, I will try maguilers tire black.
Wow! Thick shine is so glossy!
That's what I'm saying.
Armor All has always been trash. Maybe use a different comparison.
But great idea doing separate sections of tire
Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. Anything out of aerosol can is also super expensive.
What about glycerine?
Glycerine? Never tried it but sounds awesome. _ randomfix
The armour all honestly lasted the best... even with the thicc shine... maybe you should start using armour all from now on cause clearly it works better than Thick shine too
Thank you sharing. +1 for armor all
Armor all is the winner
Thanks for sharing.
Amrmo'all. It's a yes from me
Thanks for sharing.
Should have done a fender splatter test too.
I appreciate your constructive comments, thank you for the feedback!
Armor eveytime
1 more for armor.
Armor All for the win.
Yup
I think the Pledge should not have been wiped off before it sat fir 30 minutes
I appreciate your constructive comments, thank you for the feedback!
ArmorAll, all day long the best.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Olive oil..wow maybe some spray butter on a tire lol
Great point!
I use veg oil for black trim and have for years. It works great and lasts longer than most would think. I'd never put it on my tires though
Thank you for sharing.
Armour oil
Armour oil?
Maybe just put some meckos on it...
Oil is the worst thing you can use on rubber. Oil breaks down rubber
I believe that about petroleum oil, but not so sure about vegetable oil. They are not the same. Anyway, I think the Armor All worked best.
Olive oil?
Armor all for sure bud....
Good to know. _Randomfix
▶ *Ya got to take off the excess and use one of those clean paint brushes to get excess Pledge out of the tire grooves.*
➡ Otherwise the excess oils/products can get thick/sticky and it will allow dirt and road debris, sticking to it, it would be a mess on your tires and driveway.
Put it on, wait 10 minutes and *"Use an old t-shirt and rub the product in, a paper towel to remove excess."*
Mercy, "Guys are so...Guys, such Messy Marvins" lol
Thank you for the feedback.
Or don't use it at all it has no UV protection and can damage tires the good thing about oil based like vegetable, olive, baby oil is your putting oils back into the tires saving them from cracking
Armor All won, then Pledge.
Thank you for the vote.
Tire shines suppose to shine there is no shine at all lol
I appreciate your constructive comments, thank you for the feedback!
armorall was the winner
I appreciate your constructive comments, thank you for the feedback!
