@@catStone92 DP will definitely struggle more due to lack of withdraw and the cleave damage from sword. But as long as you land steals and your backstabs you can still win for sure.
I find engaging rockets boots then stealth and running like hell against either class makes me a happier player. As they say in the classics - I am not a smart man, but I know what fear is.
Maybe you could do a video on using shortbow effectively? Tips and tricks as well as general tactics and when to use it. I feel it's a pretty important weapon outside of it's obvious use as mobility but it's never really explained in guides.
Just one observation. When your running away ( not attacking ) to buy you sometime, that's not kiting. That's you running away from battle to avoid having your ass handed to you.

How to beat mesmer as a thief: 1.) Get ecto glob Tip: if you get this you have a chance at a win, if you don’t get this you run until you do get this :) How to beat thief as mesmer: 1.) Don’t let them land steal 2.) Bait steal 3.) Don’t waste any defensive skills preemptively 4.) After they run in and dodge shortly after, hit them with shatter, even your minor damage will kill them or ramp up to their probable death. :)
I main a mesmer Mirage I will say this to any class . We can be killed like anything else . Mesmers are meant to cause that scrambling little chaos in a persons mind. However If a player fights with a flow of patience and keep a cool Head Like this player . It is possible . Mesmers die to players that have Keen eyes, better wits, calm mind and a laid back gaming style . Players need to jedi mesmers to beat them not Sith them . XD
