I just did this meditation for the 3rd time - I didn’t get any answers this time but the most amazing experience: when I went into the library I saw myself as a ball of light but with my arms stretched out of it. I soared up into the middle of the building and was spinning round - I had the most powerful feeling of love, bliss and joy in my chest. I can’t remember such a strong feeling of love for a very long time ❤

Kids have NO CONCEPT of what “the rest of your life” means.
A Parent’s job is to guide their children, keep them safe, fed, clothed, and to keep them on the tracks. Otherwise they’ll be jumping off the roof or crawling into the BBQ. Or worse yet, get the idea to destroy their plumbing at 16 to keep up with the fad.
This was a profound journey that I didn’t want to open end💫🌕

I am still dipping my feet into meditation but I have noticed that certain meditations I do I feel soo paralyzed and heavy but sooo at peace with it. I dont freak out or panic but simply embrace it and acknowledge that I feel it and I know its there. I sink into my body like I have never felt before and when I come to my senses as it ends I feel myself come from within to my reality of where I am, when I open my eyes I feel much taller than I am (average height). Even though I am experiencing these feelings and point out exactly what I felt during that meditation my question is, is that all “normal” feelings/ experiences I am suppose to be feeling. I still need to learn how to quiet my mind and keep it from wondering here and there, but today’s meditation was simply AMAZING. Plus her voice is sooo soothing and calming to me. I feel so rejuvenated and full of energy. I did not want my experience to end!
I too felt like I'm taller after some meditations, I felt heavy. Not sure what it is. But I'm trying to learn frm them

I don't remember anything past the breathing.
2nd try, I got into the library.
So last night was my 3rd time trying this meditation and I do it at night cuz I have 6 kids so nighttime is really the only time I can do it but anyway, I end up falling into a deep deep sleep and when I wake up I don’t remember dreaming anything. I always dream and always remember when I wake up but not when I use this video is there a reason for that?
