No, this is not what you want to get if you're going small. This case is massive compared to the mini-itx cases. Try an InWin A1. That is something awesome.
The new 3080 is apparantly really quiet in many of the new boards. aircooling for cpu has been pretty good for ages. In other words, you can build a system like this, with similar or better specs, that runs quietly, for less money and maintenance. And if you look around you can find cases that are similar in size to this one and maybe even less space.
you can be sure if a computer company says it "starts at this price" then if you want components that aren't outdated you're going to be spending 3-4x that much.
Certainly be interesting heat dissipation wise with the 3k's plopped in there - then the custom water block, won't be until next year I'd say for that option.

They'll be responsible for finding an appropriate water block for the new GPU, removing your old card, and adding in the new one. Double-check the site or fill out their support form or call them and ask to be sure, as I may have interpreted/remembered their site incorrectly. But if they do have this option, that's what I would use for a system like this.

Especially when the fans are linked to water temp, it's a weird experience where the PC barely changes sound under full load and ramps up/down verrry slowly.

I have a system like that, just older hard inside. Pretty much I have disassembled it once in six years, normally is just blow dust once a year with canned air and add a little water to the reservoir and you are done. The hardest part of all is draining the system if you made the loop without considering a draining port, for that much money I hope they did include a easy draining point.

I guess 5 II is better since it's a more manageable size & has 120Hz if you need it (but I'm still a bit skeptical about the impact on battery life, they could make it work since it's only 1080p & last year's 5 also had really good battery life for its specs) Really love Sony (for not bucking to the trend of those hideous notches & punch holes & reversing course by bringing back the HP jack & wireless charging in the 1II) & LG for their Explorer project & their Quad-DAC hp jack & MIL-STD verification.
