my favorite thing to on gta 3 was enable riot mode and give the pedestrians weapons and jesus christ it gets very chaotic especially with a wanted level it’s so fun though. you can’t survive without a bullet proof patriot or tank unfortunately. this game is still dope though
Can I ask you a question? Does the game load every possible mechanic on every level? Like.. Does the bomb code, animation and mesh exist in memory every time you play, even if it's not meant to be used? Or does the cheat trigger the game to load it into memory?

This game would have been amazing if it were like GTA3 but for the PS1. Walking around with guns and shooting stuff and running from the police and all that, it would have been the best PS1 game of its type.
Maybe if there was codes to throw bombs on command on foot or in a vehicle or maybe if cops could chase you on foot and you have to run from them you could have a lite version of gta 3 (or san andreas because you have multiple cities)

@@Comando52Colton Can you do the same for Test Drive 6 ? on Cop Chase - Stop The Bomber, the cpu throw bombs exact same as on Driver 2, would be extreme cool to do the same as in Driver 2. and btw this code NTSC or PAL version ?
@@Comando52Colton I think they mean if the ROM is PAL or NTSC; the former is published in Europ, and the later is published in America (or North America). Pal runs at 50Hz, whereas NTSC runs at 60Hz (or 59Hz). The region is usually written below the Playstation Logo on the Disk's case.
@@H53. the only version rom working with all cheats is, Driver 2 NTSC v1.1 you can get this version on coolrom.com or freeroms.com ( well that version working cheats with me ) ( works on PSP EBOOT converted, Emubox android, i dont know works with my PS1 emulator version PSXFIN 1.2 ) ( i hope works with you and sorry for my bad english........... )

The graphics and driving physics of this game are incredible for PS1

All the codes I have ever stumbled across is saved in a notepad file on my computer. I also uploaded and shared it on my Google Drive.

it's a cheat for gameshark. you can't really mod original driver 2.
