Just started Starting Strength turning 40 in December going for 5-4-3. 5 plates deadlift 4 plates squat 3 plates incline bench press 209lbs this morning 5’10” 11-12% BF. 5 mile run in less then 35 mins for “job reasons” Let’s Go!
SS dont Incline
I was happy with just 4, 3, 2. Might go for that if it’s in the cards.
