What about a dual citizen Child born in the Philippines and the Parent now holds a permanent Resident SRRV visa?

Hello sir, yung anak ko po nasa pilipinas ngayon pero binigyan lang siya ng immigration ng one month visa as tourist. Next week uuwi kami ng Pinas as balikbayan so one year visa. Pag lumabas ba kami ng bansa then papasok ulit ng Pinas pati ba yung anak ko mabibigyan din ng one year visa.

Question abt Balikbayan. Before it expires in the 12th month, I need to exit the Philippines, say a few days & then get back to the Philippines & avail of the Balikbayan visa again, is that ok? Thx

That approach would be effective if you are always accompanied by your Filipino or former Filipino spouse.
However, please keep in mind that entry into the Philippines ultimately depends on the Bureau of Immigration officer who interviews you upon arrival. Thanks!

Hi I have a question po.What if your husband is a 13a visa holder and permanently residing here in PI.My question is pag umuwi sya sa lugar nya ng 5 araw lang then pagbalik nya ng pinas at may mga pasalubong for family and friends,need ba na worth 10,000 pesos lang yung halaga ng mga pasalubong nya...Thank you po,kasi diba ang mga filipino citizen need not morw tha 150k pano pag 13a sila pero dito na naka permanent resident.
