I realize that this video is four months old, but you didn't address this in your video, and I don't know if you've done it yet, but you never adjusted your slip clutch. You realize that all slip clutches should be adjusted, because the manufacturers of the rotary cutters don't know how many PTO HP the machines that run the rotary cutters are going to be, so they're not "set" or "adjusted" for a specific machine.
